But probably sakura won't have such moment as big as this cause she's been close to die in many situations like when sasuke tried to kill her more than once unless kishi wants to make an important tragedy in the manga and if it's so then yes, we can say so but i think it's too much for us to handle it if it's written into many chapters and not into one

I don't believe Kishi ever said that, but the thought of him possibly going against the norm, like not having the main guy get with the main girl, often makes me worry. What if Kishi wants to do something different, maybe he doesn't want to go to the predictable/common route?
But then again, why give so much development/parallels for a pairing he doesn't plan to happen? Unless, of course, he's just screwing with us, but then that will have been a very elaborate red herring. I don't know, the thought he could still do a complete 180 on everything, just so he wouldn't go the stereotypical route, still makes me worry.......
I don't know, how do you guys feel about that?

Some people, especially NH fans, doesn't consider the movie as a hint or anything and they know too that kishi has a big role in producing it, and as they claim " it's a movie and not related to manga ". Sometimes i think they just like to fantasize things
Actually they are right before we knew that movie had Ns moments we were considering it just as a fun with no canon thing in the movie. So if NH fans say so they are also correct because until it comes in the manga for sure nothing can be said for sure that will narusaku happen or naruhina or sasusaku! Different people interpret things differently for some people NS is near death for some SS is already Dead for some NH was never alive etc.
It all depends what kishi wants in his manga in the end

This could never happen in manga especially if it's involving main characters, and why a writer wants to screw with his readers, it's not getting into my mind. Kishi wouldn't reveal such a thing and i saw many comments like this one and they turned out to be mostly NH fans.
Saying that he wants to do this, then why all these panels, at least the one involves naruto and sakura together, were made and thought about if he 's not willing to do it ? Why put this hard work over the years for nothing to gain from them ? These two only questions can freak out a writer if he would do something like this.
It all depends what kishi wants in his manga in the end
You're right if kishi didn't have a role in producing the movie but he did and he's showing us what he has in mind for everyone who'll see it.

You should not even be letdown by something like that at all, let alone the fact that interview doesn't seem to be real. That said I don't think Kishi is willing to go all M. Night on his manga for no reason. I mean look at Obito = Tobi idea. Was it predictable? Yeah. But guess what? It was always meant to be. In other word, you can't change his mind at all. What's set is set. That all said if NaruSaku is considered predictable, so be it. That's not why I support it. I support it because of its development and how much they're grown with each other.
Here's the problem with the other two pairings. Let's start off with NH. The main problem is that Naruto will be breaking the whole theme of his character and the series itself. He gives up on Sakura and move to second place as it has been seen that way for a while, which is bad for NH. People tried to say the same for Sakura going to Naruto, but there are evidences that she does love him. Right now, we are waiting for her to realize it and understands that he is the one she loves the most. Naruto never show anything else for Hinata but friendship. That's the truth.
Now, let's take a look at SS. There are two problems. One is that the message is incredibly wrong for anyone. Naruto earning Sakura's love has a nice moral setting up, which is work hard can earn you greatness. Sakura earning Sasuke's love moral is waiting for a guy who hates you will soon be kind to you. The presentation is shown terrible with all the attempted murders, heartbroken, etc. It doesn't even line up to the central theme: hard work! Another bad problem is that if Sasuke gets Sakura, um, wouldn't that considered as a loss to Naruto? I mean this is his rival and the hero must beat his rivalry. So if Sasuke gets Sakura, that's a loss in Naruto's book. Yes, I understand romance is not a trophy thing, but that doesn't mean Sasuke should get her regardless. Besides there's no support behind it at all. Every arc that Sasuke learns is finding himself, while as Naruto is about many sorts of subjects. So yeah, NS is the most logical choice. To be honest, if he do it otherwise, I won't forgive this manga at all. That's how serious I am. Remember, there are more people than here that believes that Sakura not going with Naruto is an insult. So don't be down. This arc ending will determine it once and for all.

Yeah, thanks. Great post. I kind of said the same thing a few posts ago. I also don't think Kishi will pull one over us, but it's the thought that he still can that worries me. But you pretty much clear that up in your post.

You have nothing to worry about. There are way too many hints that suggest that NaruSaku is the endgame, including the movie. Say what you want, but that movie really boost the idea of NaruSaku a lot because it's made by Kishi. He could have push NH/SS, but he didn't. So yeah, we are fine. I just can't wait the whole Hinata fiasco to end soon.

I haven't watched it but we've gotten so many spoilers, small clips, and drawings that we pretty much know the entire movie. Just visit the movie thread

i know we all can't wait
eventhough we have too many spoilers it's different when we watch it especially since some of the scenes were not drawn or mentioned in trailers but only spoken in summaries

The movie was definitely a really good thing for Narusaku, especially the fact we haven't gotten any real development in the manga for a long time.
Lately I've been feeling down about Narusaku, not because I don't think it'll happen, it is just that I've been reading A LOT of anti-NS posts. Admittedly no matter what I think or believe, it won't persuade any body from thinking otherwise. But what really brings me down is reading comments from people who are just against the Narusaku pairing. If it was opposing pairing comment, like a comment from a Naruhina fan, they I'll understand that. I'll even understand if I read comments from fans who are just against the whole romance thing. But reading responses from those whom just dislike Narusaku kind of hurts, because it means one of two things to me: 1) they just dislike the idea of Naruto and Sakura getting together, either for reasons that they just don't see it going that direction (though with all the OPs and EDs that come from the anime, and other Narusaku hints in both the anime and manga, it's hard for me to imagine that they didn't at least see it as a POSSIBILITY that it will happen), or they just don't like that pairings for multiple of reasons (like they see to much negative in the relationship, etc...). 2) they dislike the fan base. Now, I may mock the logic and arguments from several Naruhina comments, they probably do the same thing to our logic and arguments. So that will make sense if they are some dislike between some pairing fandoms, but from people outside those fandoms to just dislike us for whatever reason, that makes me think something is wrong in our fan base. Maybe what we talk about is all good among ourselves, but maybe to an outside perspective it will come off as annoying, or arrogant, or stuborn, or dumb.
But what really hits me about all this, is that those anti fans are still Naruto fans. They still read and/or watch the same series as we all do, yet we (or the series) has done something to make them against the Narusaku pairing. We are all still fans of the same series, and it's understandable that there will be differences of opinions among things. But to have a dislike on other fandom is just.......
So I decided to not read anymore anti-NS arguments, at least not now. I'll just take candycane's advice, and just dance my problems away.

You must be new here. Yes, we didn't see the movie, BUT we have a ton of spoilers to share and surprisingly, there are a lot of NaruSaku moments, including the parallel of MinaKushi. Not sure if you were here during the countdown of the movie, but man oh man, it was considered the worst day for NH/SS fans. Why? Because they went over their heads that Kishi is supporting them with its advertisements. Turns out that Kishi didn't write any NH moments and trolled SS bad. So in the end, NS came out as a supreme pairing. Check out the movie thread. It was a great time.
Also, a user in here saw the movie and he was convinced that NS is the pairing that Kishi is going with. Even if he is a fan of NS, he didn't exaggerate the moments and kept it unbiased towards his view of the movie. Also, there are numerous users that change their minds and now thinks NS is Kishi's choice. Not to mention, there are SS fans that even acknowledged NS as cute and likely pairing. That's a huge accomplishment in my book. So yeah, head over the thread. This past summer was our summer. Let's hope this Fall is our fall (no pun intended).

It's "destructive arguments for other pairings", what i like it to call so don't mind them, they're somewhat cranky when it comes to pairings and good for you for doing the boogie dance
