Hey, so here is what looks so far to be an awesome fanfiction that also offers an interesting (if unfortunately very implausible) explanation of chapter 469. Since this is the most exciting theory so far, I'm sticking to this one, even if I know it won't happen. But it is Kishi, so who know?

Yes some people tend to do them to mess around with everyones head because of the situation currently in chapther 469. Hopefully within the next chapter or two things will get cleared up between Naruto and Sakura.

omg, i almost believed those fake spoilers for a moment.................... yeah, its best if we wait until wednesday for the real spoilers.................... but those fake ones really got to me, i almost had a heart attack when they mentioned hinata. i was like "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!! this cant be!!!" hopefully, 470 will not be like that

I only believe one source when it comes to the Naruto manga. Unless they give us something that proves everything else than it is just rumor and people trying to be jerks.

Even if this spoiler would be true - that doesn't mean NaruSaku is dead. We all know how Naruto said to Sai that he can't tell Sakura what he feels until he succeeds with his promise. So he obviously still has feelings for her. If he would really say something like that to her, than he only says it because he is kinda obsessed with keeping his promise. Probably mostly for her because he still thinks Sasuke means so much to Sakura. (Which probably isn't even the case anymore) And of course, also because Sasuke means a lot to him too and he don't want to stand there alone, without Sakura.
But whatever, the spoiler is probably fake anyway.
