Assuming this will be released in Australia too, it will make me quite happy, I never had a PS2, which is why I've wanted BC on the PS3, so i can play God of War 1+2 and actually understand what happens in God of War 3, however, now I don't need BC as much... Unless this GoW 1+2 bluray thing isn't released in Australia, in which case I will be quite angry... lol

Edit: One thing I forgot to mention, the only thing that might annoy me will be the price, US$40 will mean it'll probably be 80 in Australia and the PS2 games are only $20 each new.... but I can probably live with that, since I've heard the games are definitely worth it still.

While it sucks they wont be showing any new stuff on FF Versus 13, you should really consider looking at some other JRPGs too, White Knight Chronicles looks pretty good in my opinion, and i'm sure there are others, but I haven't been paying much attention to JRPGs recently.


Edit again: Also, does anyone know if they took out anything else besides OS installing on the PS3 slim? I'm thinking about trading in my 40GB PS3 for a slim, since the HDD is bigger and ill also get the dualshock and stuff.

Looks like I'm building a new gaming rig next year. Need to get myself a gaming worthy desktop and buy some upcoming PC games. I'm gonna get back into PC gaming with Starcraft II and Diablo III.
