That was an incredible game, and it really shows how much Fitzgerald does for his team, without him their offense was lathargic(sp?), but when he can get open hes nearly impossible to stop. Arizona could have had a comfortable lead had they used more shotgun and no huddle plays like they did in the NFCCG, but the 3-4 defense is a female dog to gameplan against. The Harrison TD now stands out as the play which might have blown the game for the cardinals besides the last one. It was a perfect example of the 3-4 defensive scheme. You can't tell who is rushing and who is playing coverage, you just guess. And they showed bitz and then all the linebackers went back in coverage and they caught Warner trying to do one of his patented quick passes to the tailback, and got the int. But give Harrison credit, he fought hard to score that TD.
I think Kurt will comeback, because yes there is two sides to the issue of retiring after a game like that. You want to comeback because of unfinished buisness. But you might not want to comeback because you realise how tough it is to get there.
But I think AZ will be right back at in next year, battling with the seahawks or maybe even the niners.
I will say that i feel sorry for the cards fans, because the superbowl hangover is tough to deal with.

The only bad call was not ejecting Harrison after he decked the Arizona player after the punt. This was no where near as poorly officiated as the last Steelers win.

The moment I saw the half-time score, I knew the Cardinals couldn't make a good comeback to beat them.

Honestly I disliked the Steelers ALOT (not only because I'm a Ravens fan, but the fanbase is something else), but after this game...I can't even begin to fathom. I hope people stop with calling the Steelers "Americas" team.
Bias aside, a really prolific game and much excitement. Kept me on the edge of my seat from beginning to end.

Nah people are starting to call the Steelers "Americas" team since they've won six Super Bowls. Something about great franchises.

They did comeback and take the lead, but gave up a touchdown in the final minute.
the refs did a good job of overturning plays that would have benifited the steelers, though harrison shouldve been ejected for acting like a meathead

I didn;t care about the game either. All I did was having a Super Bowl Feast with pizza, buffalo wings, mozzerella sticks, chips and bean dip and popcorn while watching a movie and a marathon of a game show and I was content.

That said, I do disagree with the fumble ruling at the end. You're telling me that the ball squirted ahead about 7-10 yards on its own without Warner's arm going forward? It robbed us of what could have been an EPIC Hail Mary at the end.
Fitzgerald and Boldin. 4-6 Steeler DBs.
ONE JUMP BALL IN THE END ZONE.
Tell me how that would not have been riveting drama.
EDIT: Except for the Doritos' "Crystal Ball, " I was disappointed in the majority of the commercials I saw.

(For the younger readers, "buying music" was the way we acquired it, since we couldn't just… you know what, let's just get back to the Bowen song. Stupid kids, you ruin everything.)

Seconded. >_<
I stayed up very late last night (working nightshift again tonight), and I noticed the Super Bowl was on BBC One so I decided to watch.
I'm glad I did! It was an enjoyable game, despite the Cards losing. I was really cheering them on, and I was so delighted when I saw Fitzgerald's TD! I also enjoyed watching Dockett bulldoze his way through the Steelers line to sack Roethlisberger. If only that happened more often!
Only real complaint - Half-time was WAY too long.
