Geez, I feel like I have worse timekeeping than Kakashi when it comes to writing... sorry!! I actually fell asleep at the laptop last Weds night (up to 11,000 words and contains some Shika/Ino as well as a little Naru/Saku - might have to split the chapter!) then I had a VERY boring and cruddy day at work yesterday.

I just came back home feeling irritatible, took a shower then watched Episode 103 before turning in for an early night. Thankfully it was a good sleep - I woke up at 5:45am feeling great.

Looks like I missed so much here!

I hope you get better, Ash, Hoku and Melly! Colds suck. >_<

103 wasn't bad, but I did have a few niggles. ;;; One bit that really irked me was Naruto saying he was a Chuunin - I know he's supposed to be just jumping the gun and not know he hasn't become one, but it sort of stuck out like a sore thumb.

Sakura has changed in the latest anime filler! It looks like they're trying to make up for making her look a little heartless in earlier episodes - and she actually got to shine a bit. Loved seeing her Inner Sakura strength come back - and she didn't use it on Naruto!

I can bet that NaruHina/SasuSaku was the fault of the anime. If it had stuck to the manga, maybe NaruSaku would be more popular...

I really, really hope the fight IS OVER. And that the spotlight can go back to Konoha! We've seen enough Sasuke to last a few more volumes. I really hope we can get to see Sakura back next week, if not this week. She's been gone for too long...

Yeah, and the anime hints get picked apart so easily in the manga. Everyone knows that's the "real story" and as canon as it can possibly get.

Gah... why do they take so long getting the Naruto scans out? The others get released much earlier! It's like there's a conspiracy...

The author has said that "it may seem NaruSaku but there may be change". I really hope that it stays NaruSaku!

I wonder too! Kishimoto was supposedly involved with the making of the movie as well, so hopefully the characters will be consistent and allow a little development (which of course compliments the manga but doesn't get ahead of it).

We probably will need to wait for the DVDs to be released in Japan before we can get a good quality sub from the fansub groups. I may plump for AH or S-O, I like how they keep the words suited to how characters of that age would speak - ANBU/Aone made them talk as if they were reading from a paper. O_o

Yeah you can tell that most of the hints in the anime were NEVER in the manga. Heh I wonder if the movie has any NaruSaku hints.

Well, as far as we know there isn't even a decent rip out!

All of the Naruto movie files floating around on the net have been found to be fake. It's still in cinemas as well, but hopefully there will be a good recording of it soon.

I've FINALLY finished the damned chapter! 14,000 words! I'm thinking I will have to slice it in two. I've sent the draft off to my lovely and trusted beta readers, Ash and Aethos.

GO TEAM NARU/SAKU!

I'm now going to check out the raw, and I'll be awaiting the replies from Ash and Aethos tearing my chapter apart. Got to love having ruthless beta readers.
