As much I like the Amour I watched Pokemon having that in mind no confession or even I am of the few that doesn't want Serena goes to Alola, but I am looking for something they be excuse since the beginning since Misty and end with Serena, something like that:

there  are very few ways that could happen that I can imagine . If they wanted to end amourshipping but bring her anyway they would basically need Serena to say goodbye in a very un teary way without knowing the goodbye isn't permanent while telling another character who knows her secret that she sees Ash differently.
