Yeah your not making Sakura look any better Kishi. Getting saved AGAIN and then pulling an asspull like that by giving Kakashi the Sharingan from someone who is pushing up daisies and then have immediate access to the Susano?

 

Yeah Kishi seems to be getting worse and worse at developing his female characters. My fear of Sakura sticking to sidelines and being remembered as such is slowing becoming true...

Now that Kakashi was given a powerup in order to fight against Kaguya I have the feeling that there's a good chance Sakura might get one next. It would be awkward for Sakura to just stand there while the guys do the fighting, especially after how much of a big deal she keeps making of not wanting to be left behind by Naruto and Sasuke.

 

It just doesn't make sense to involve Kakashi in the fight and leave Sakura behind. It should be either just Naruto and Sasuke or all of Team 7. It might not happen the very next chapter, but I think it will at some point in the near future.

I didn't talk about this at first but I find it kinda funny that Obito's eyes not only have a special ability no other eyes have showcased, but apparently putting them both together allows the user to still use the common Full Powered Sharingan technique Susanoo. Next thing you know Kakashi will be spitting Amaterasu out from Mask while still using the Kamui

His inconsistency and treatment of the females in this show is pretty disgusting. I find it offensive and it warrants a slap in the face.

James S Cassidy has a podcast... in which me, him, 4Life, and a few others discussion this very subject on numerous occasions. Considering this manga is directed towards the age group of young to adolescent males, I'm pretty sure they're more interesting in seeing how awesome guy ninja's can be instead of female ones. Also this is really no different in any other current manga. When the going gets rough, it's always the guys to take on big bad guy. And if you try to refute with One Piece... Part 1 (considering there was a time skip) was Luffy, Sanji, and Zoro taking on the big threats a majority of the time, really hasn't changed much to my knowledge for Part 2

Yeah. It's demographic is supposed to be about the males. Whether people agree with this or not, this is how it is supposed to be. Unless we want to start complaining how Bulma was useless in Dragonball Z throughout the entire Namek Saga.

Happens to males too in Shojo manga and even in some harems.

I have been thinking about this too and keep thinking about Kaguya who is now transforming into some kind of rabbit.. everything behind the myth kishi inspired kaguya from comes to fruition... So i just can't stop thinking about the rabbit thing which also had a bamboo thing in the story and sakura while being drawn with her bigg axes was also drawn with a bamboo cutting knife in her mouth... Which is the exact one the Death Shinigami has on its mouth who is highly similar to Kaguya. Then Kaguya has those ears and Mito's hair is drawn in 2 buns which represent bun ears or something like that (insert Sailor Moon reference here - Usagi's hairstyle), which was also shown having Byakugou which Sakura has which signifies the third eye on the forehead which Kaguya has.
So you see, there are so maby connections here but I can't guess where Kishi is going with atm. Because he is, I just can't guess it.
Where to add that Hamura if we take it into account would also lead to Sakura...

I'm sure there are just as much older males who watch the series as there are younger. The folks who have been following this series like me aren't teenagers anymore. You can show off man power and still have the ladies be badass too. But for some odd reason they can't coexist in this series, and even if they do it's only temporary or leads to being a damsel in distress. I know it's like this in other series, but there are other series when the female has to take over. Snk is a good example I can think of atm.

Come to think of it, I wonder if he got a child. It almost seem like he died before anything could happen. I mean why no target his kids for the next sage or something? Why you got to focus on Hagoromo? Even the legend itself.

He might be...people theoroize that since Hagoromo was more about ninjutsu, Hamura taught the taijutsu styles and was more about the body, but taijutsu isn't exclusive only to Hyuga...they just focus on that. We also have Kimimaro who might be related to him. We know we have some clans that were like relatives of the sage. Who is to say it won't be same with Hamura? Uzumaki clan though, is still a mystery...

Yeah, he could be the uzumaki ancestor, Kushina even said that Uzumaki clan has some distant relatives with Senju clan... Just like when Kakashi said some rumours say that the sharingan comes from the byakugan... But How? °_° We know that Indra, the uchiha ancestor, had the rinnegan... lol

You know what's weird and feel free to correct me. Since Obito's spirit is inside of Kakashi, can he like think and speak to Kakashi or even outside using Kakashi? What I mean is that we will see him in his heyday, right? I don't know why but that's funny to me.

Like I said, there are series where the males are absolutely useless and/or are the damsels in distress. Sailor Moon, Tokyo Mew Mew, etc, but there is also series where females are just as badass as the males like Kaze No Stigma, High School of the Dead, Evangelion, Outlaw Star, Soul Eater, Witch Hunter Robin.

There are badass females in this series, but let's be honest when you say "badass females" you are really just talking about Sakura only and how many of us want her to stop being the damsel in distress. If I am not mistaken, Kaguya can be seen as a female badass and has been more than capable of holding her own, but nobody really cares about that. At least Sakura doesn't need to be rescued from White Zetsus like Hinata had to be, but this gets brushed off because she is a side character and nobody cares about them. I don't know if that makes it worst or what. Temari was a badass that lead an army of her own and you have the two female Kages that put up huge fights, but again no one really cares about these either.

One major problem is is how Naruto was said to be this "child of prophecy" and how he is going to lead the new generation. Well, you can't be that if you can't even take on the most difficult challenges and inspire people like he does. Sasuke on the other hand.....yeah, I am not going to talk about it.

Hmm good point. It is also theorized that the DRS might be actually him instead of Kaguya and that this is how they sealed Kaguya actually - her soul - while Hagoromo took the shell or something like that. This also leads me to Sakura lol, due to the bamboo cutting knife, haha.

And I also thought that he might be the Uzumaki ancestor also - someone made dunno what connection between Mito and him and that is what triggered me the connection between Kaguya's years and the fact tjat Mito's hairstyle with the bubs represents the Rabbit's ear cause I know it from Sailor Moon, lol. But can't remember the connection they made though... I think - from what I recall now - that it was between the Uzumaki (and probably represented Mito for lulz to make the point) andbthe fact that in one of Kishi's representation of the DRS in some old supposed ruins of that time, lol, the DRS had the Uzumaki symbol. And given that if we connect it to the other presumption that Hamura might be the DRS and not Kaguya, it makes it possible for him to be the Uzumaki ancestor. But that means they are relatives with the Hyuga, right?
And it's also weird how the Uzumaki seal on Naruto's belly after gaining control of Kurama's chakra when it opens it ones in the Haruno symbol, so to speak. So it's funny cause in a way you have Sakura's symbol who comes from Hagoromo after he gave Naruto chakra, the circle and you then have her with potential connections to Hamura as well, Hamura which has a bridge built by two brothers... Funny, right?
