The translation on Mangadoom is different. It makes out that Sakura is telling Naruto his dream of being with her is right in front of him

Again I just cannot speak about this moment, its not the best and while it is only CPR, not kissing, the whole fact of the moment is just the looks she gives naruto in his current condition, the thoughts of him in the past, his dream, he vowing to save him no matter what, thats really the whole emotional part of this scene, its all Sakura to Naruto, shes keeping herself together despite her fear and sadness, really as kishi made her react this way, its among anything, very well done. Sakura does make for the best chapters nowadays on the drama part. I believe this scene is the start of her moving towards naruto. Now its likely she will meet minato again, they have some meaningful dialogue (most likely) and then the big scene I want to see, her reaction and relief to naruto when he is recovered, anyone else expecting another hug at this point?

She's not saying "the world needs you", she's saying "I can't let that dream of yours gone, it's right in front of us". No other thoughts but them --Sakura and Naruto alone. No thoughts about Sasuke, no Hinata, no other thoughts but Naruto. She put her best to save Naruto not because the world needs him. She's saving him because she deeply care. She put Naruto in his highest regards and she share his dream. If that's not love, I don't know what is... This is not canon (yet), but it's really put a strong foundation of the romance plot going forward. The best part is Kishi is still playing by his rules. He created NH moment (615), and concluded it with NS (631, 663, etc). An SS moment will probably be arrive, but I'm quite sure he'll close it with NS moments afterward. Oh, and also, it's typical NS moment where either Naruto/Sakura is unconscious or unaware what Naruto/Sakura has done. If only Naruto/Sakura knew...

 

You're so right. Everyone and everything else faded away. Naruto is dead. Literally, dead. As a medic she knows this. But she is hearkening back to a memory that ties them together as children, before he became a hero and the world became very complicated for both of them. She reaches past the medical fact of his death to a deeper connection within herself to him. And she draws strength from that to keep them both going. It's lovely.

Sadly, next chapter will be about Sasuke and the person who's approaching him...

 

I think it's Kabuto.

I can only hope that Kabuto will start doing artificial respiration on Sasuke, which will cause Karin to freak out when she gets closer.

Its kinda sad how with the transfer confirmed to happen, many fans are still basically yelling for Sakura as a sacrifice for Minatos action to work. Its really just an excuse for we want hinata, kill sakura now kishi. Really I just wish this would stop, people seriously just expect that after everything, after all these years, after so much training, Sakura just becomes a 1 up in the end for Naruto and Hinata just gets a convenient path? Its bound to not happen thankfully but if it did, I just cannot imagine if kishi would have seriously focused so much on Sakura and not done anything really after all this time on HInata. Its like sakuras house is nearly built only to be destroyed for hinatas hardly built one. I just cannot imagine that, Sakura is the heroine, love interest, and part of team 7. Just to have her die, that would bust the whole aspect of team 7. Team 7 is needed in the end so why should sakura die? I have said in that entire final battle scenario with Naruto and Sasuke, I just cannot imagine it without Sakura, rather its worse if Hinata was in there considering she has absolutely nothing related to Sasuke in terms of story correlation. I seriously wonder why people even consider this or wish this aside from hating her. Sakura is important to the story no matter what they say. I don't fear that kishi would actually do this, I mean given is really unlikely he would but fans seriously think he is going to do this after all this time?

 

Gaara and co are going to the same place as Madara is now, so if Minato did need a sacrifice, wouldn't it make more sense if say Obito sacrifices himself if one is nessessary? He is dying and managed to turn and was planning on using the rinne tensei in opposition to madara, but doesnt it make more sense for this to be obito's last action? To redeem himself in supporting naruto, betting that he will make the world better?

 

Seriously even after a meaningful moment from sakura to naruto, people still just want her to bleed and become a simple 1-up. I don't believe this will happen but just the thought of it really makes me sick to my stomach.

There are ribs all over the side of the human body, Sakura would have had to eviscerate them in order to access his chest and then there are lungs in the way aswell. Did she just saw right through his ribs and lung?

Thats the best way of looking at it, but then again she is a medic, whatever she is doing physically, she will save chakra or the arrival of dark kurama into narutos body will patch everything up so theres really no issue.

Kabuto, Suigetsu is with Taka, Tsuchikage also is barefoot...

 

Lol, wouldn't be ironical for Tsuchikage to go there and save his ass, flew him to Taka like Gaara does with Naruto?! A really nice throwback at the last time Karin didn't sense his chakra when Sasuke was fighting Tsuchikage..

 

Plus, if it's Kabuto, does that mean he finally recognized his mistakes and acknowledged himself?!

 

Yeah, I always had a feeling that Kabuto's storyline wasn't finished. Just on hold. After all, if Kishimoto gives redemption stories to people who are true villains, then why wouldn't he give one to Kabuto who has only functioned as the consummate double-agent. He's been a great sphinx-like character, helping when it helped him, much like Orochimaru. Too much time has been spent on Kabuto's backstory to let him just die in a cave, forgotten. 

 

Also another thought: So Karin whips out her chains.... (Come on, really, we all knew she had them hidden somewhere. She seems like that kind of girl, doesn't she!   )

 

Where were these big moves when Sasuke was busy KILLING HER?!?! He would have run her through, thinking she was just an expendable pawn with some occasionally helpful healing powers. Why didn't she whip out her chains then and defend herself? Or any other Uzumaki tricks she has up her jail-bird sleeves?

 

I know...you could say she was stunned, it was Sasuke, her true love, blah, blah, blah— But if Sasuke had killed her, she would have just up and died without ever revealing some of her strongest powers. It would be like Naruto dying from a single kunai wound when he had the rasengan just waiting to be released.

Ummmm... I would agree with you if it were just his ribs but having a fist sized hole in your lung would probably kill you just as much as losing a bijuu.

I think it's pretty plausible, not gonna negate the possibility. Though I do see Sakura and Karin on the cover of this current volume.

That would just be overkill, I mean NH is possibly going to be nailed 2 more times in the coming weeks if Sakura and Minato interact more and Sakuras's reaction to the recovery (this will definitely happen).

I keep imaging a similar scene from Bleach when Mayuri revives his lieutenant     and Renji/uryuu assume something dirty 

I would love to see Karin's reaction. her man being in a death state drove her nuts, seeing her man getting violated would be even worse

Did you not see Minato and Kushina survive having their whole mid-section impailed by Kurama's nail? Or Sasuke survive having his chest and organs blown out? This is the least concerning matter considering Sakura is a medical ninja. For all we know she made the incision through his muscle and ribs then moved her arm around or above his left lung to get to his heart.
