I wish...we would stop telling each other to calm down.
let us get our frustration out a little, no we shouldn't go over board but we also shouldn't have to stand in a corner and be quiet.

we just need to encourage and be positive .....NOT bring each other down by saying how crazy we are acting!

let's all be kind and get through this.

Oh, but bringing other people down isn't exactly being positive now is it? It seems like if this whole forum turned on this NH fan, this forum would be okay with it. That's exactly what it feels like.

there is a reason that NS is called the most arrogant fandom, it is simply cause we are. we had an amazing run for years. from the beginning of shippuden till the end of the pain saga it was like a NS fans personal heaven, its been nearly 4 yrs since narusaku was the dominant pair, some of you need to come to terms with that.

I wish we didn't act so crazily in the first place and need to be told to calm down. This isn't a matter of "encouraging and being positive" or telling people to stand in corners and be quiet--it's a matter of being able to call each other out when we behave poorly. If we can't even do that, then this place has gotten even worse than I thought. You can let frustration out without being rude to others, even those that support the thing that frustrates you.

but you also have to understand how we are feeling, this is the fifth time a random naruhina fan comes to the site during a naruhina moment/thing
some of us are very VERY tired of it. we are trying to act civil, but sometimes we slip up and let our anger out without thinking.

we aren't perfect.

that being said we should TRY or ignore, but this is like a narusaku sanctuary to us...if we can't complain a little here where can we?

I wouldn't say come to terms with that exactly, but the point is to come to terms with the fact that Kishi may not make NS the end pairing. Reasoning? He's just not writing steadily. He's not being consistent. He's staggering and falling. And when support for a pairing relies on the assumption that the writing will be consistent, then the support itself wavers when trying to prove that said pairing will be canon. It loses a lot of credibility/legitimacy.

Basically, in this case at least: the stronger the writer, the stronger the pairing.
Kishimoto isn't being a strong writer. And there you have it.

Go make a blog in the iBlog forum, complain there. No matter how you're feeling when they show up, it still doesn't excuse jumping down someone's throat just because you see them as "the enemy". The NH member did nothing out of line tonight to anyone here, but the same can't be said for how everyone treated them. No one's saying there needs to be perfection, but there does need to be consideration for the people that choose to post here, no matter what they ship.

This is unfortunately true. At this point, I honestly don't even care too much about NS. Not as much as I used to anyway I just want my HEROINE to get a moment, because I'm honestly more of a Sakura fan than a NS fan. I still believe it's gonna happen regardless, but the delivery had better be legit because as you've stated, NS has definitely been lacking. That's the sad truth.

Well, does that justify your actions? Sounds like that's what you're trying to do here, and I'm not insulting the NS fandom. I'm speaking what I personally feel is the truth. You're basically stooping to the the level of the "loudest fandom" and you attacked a NH fan because they shipped something different than you.

I am calm. Very calm actually, but I'm not gonna hold my tongue on something I feel is ridiculous here when it's been said time and time again that this site invites all. Like I've said before, if you don't want to like the person or whatever, IMO, you should simply ignore the person and talk to someone else. Some of you failed to do that, and some of you pulled out your weapons because you were ready for war for no reason at all. So, while you're telling me to calm down, you need to look at the ones who're actually trying to run new members out...

No I'm not justifying anyone's behavior, I'm saying that many here has being harassed by some NH fans to a point where they really becomes annoyed at the fandom in general plus seen a NH fans in NS worst moment does not help the situation even when that's no excuse to be a child.

Also to be honest I've trying really hard to ignore others opinions especially the other side, I even ask many times that we should stop talking so much about NH but it's in vain, when I joined this site the talk was nothing but NS, now is nothing but bashing NH, talking about what the NH fans saying or insulting Hinata.

Trust me on this site along with NF I being asking the same, NS is a nice couple lets try to talk less about NH and more about NS but it doesn't help.

Well I did believe in your post mostly because of the way Kishi was treating Sakura and to tell you the truth I still have that feelings that Kishi might kill her off for good but maybe that is just my fair.

I think because he has too much loose end that he decided to do it here...all of them, which is too many. When he has less focus, it's usually really exciting and consistent, and good drama. Now, well, it has been battle and development for those we care and those who we don't. It's simply too much. That's why I hope the next arc will be much better focus.

Yeah, a better focus will at least help the storytelling a bit.

it is unfortunately something that seems to happen to many long standing manga, they don't age well an the story suffers. there are so many better short manga. i will always think of part 1 naruto fondly though.

Yes. That's the case right now. Too much focus on many characters. I mean look at day 1 war. It was like focusing one character after the next and we even got someone who we don't even know, but ok then. Day 2 is all about Naruto's connections with others and now we finally nearing end, we still had side characters to close it. Now, well, we'll see what's next but here's hoping everything will be focused well.

This this this this this! Nothing validates the way this individual was treated, and it seems like no matter what, people are still trying to validate it.

Yes, people bagged on them that badly. There were multiple posts that didn't even address them directly, but laughed about how NH fans behave or think. They weren't treated with any respect, and once people realized that they shipped NH, discussion came to a halt as the focus was put on them and why they were here.

Sadly, it's not a surprise, which really speaks for just how toxic this forum has become in a way. Are you all ok with spending your time knocking other fandoms rather than focusing on enjoying your own? You're all fine with being so against another fandom that it's deemed acceptable behavior to turn on anyone from it, even when they act civilly?
