The rising sign is just set at the default time of 12PM, but the other signs are correct for his birthdate. I like this site because you can get all the planets signs for free (but not what houses they are in, you have to have a correct time of birth for that anyway though, the rising sign changes during the day, but the other planets take at least a day to move to the next sign.)
