Lol Yeah, I knew people might start thinking like that, that is why I wrote the post script. I just don't like to ignore a few facts which are/were indeed in favor of SS/NH to make my pairing strong. I like to think where my pairing is weak and is/are their any proofs to nullify those weak points, which then will be able to satisfy me if NS becomes the end pairing.

There is 3 massive weak points on SS and NH that very much are huge and should be taken into consideration. This is even in regardless to many NH and SS scenes that might have occurred. I am not even going to ignore scenes, but rather look at what is and what is not there.

1. Naruto has never expressed love for Hinata. Never.
Its been 680 chapters and Naruto has not once said anything about Hinata or any feelings for Hinata at all. He has expressed on at least 3 occasions his love for Sakura and even Sai said it himself: "Even I can tell that Naruto is in love with you." It is a huge big bombshell that many do not like to accept.

2. Sasuke has never expressed any feelings for Sakura.
He has not expressed feelings for any girl at all for that matter. You'd think by now we would have seen his love for her bloom or something if that were true. Again, 680 chapters and Sasuke's feelings have not changed to expressing love or even expressed love for anyone besides Itachi.

3. Sakura is the only character to show any love conflict what so ever.
She is the only character to express actual mental conflict with her feelings and thoughts. Naruto never expresses it. Sasuke never expresses it. Only Sakura. That has to mean something, right? The fact that there is conflict at all should raise some suspicions that again many just downright ignore.

Well there's a difference between being injured/sick in the middle of a forest filled with ninjas and killer animals and being inside a hospital bed. She went out of her way to prioritize his well being when it wasn't needed.

She visited all three in the hospital. She even brought flowers to Rock Lee's room after his injury from Gaara.

And she has done the same for Naruto as well, but again people shut their eyes and close their minds to it.

Well I do think that Sakura at the moment does love Naruto or is close to at least knowing her feelings for Naruto are getting closer, I mean I just want both Sakura and Naruto to admit their love for each other but their are both too stubborn for their own good, but hey more fun as well to know which one will make the first move as well.

 

To me what makes NH so weak is that Hinata sees that Naruto can do no wrong and I mean no wrong and looking back Naruto as done a lot of stupid things in his life and if he ever was with Hinata well let me just say I've seen a couple like that and it has no life at all. To me that's not a relationship.

 

In a relationship, you do fight you don't agree on everything, with Hinata she would agree on every last thing that Naruto says and will do it no matter what it is, and from what I have seen of Hinata's clan they are like the old wives from so long ago that just serve their other, I mean I read this once from someone Naruto wants a wife not a slave that will just do everything he says.

 

But, what bug me more is the fact that many NH fans keep bashing Sakura for not love or should I say worshiping Naruto and the ground he walks on, heck I read I story once in which Naruto became evil and killed everyone in Konoha apart from Hinata because and here is the funny part from what they had Naruto say. "Oh Hinata chan now the village has be burnt to the ground with everyone who harmed us is dead."

Hi guys new here so don't know whether their has been discussion this topic. So sorry if it has already been done.

 

I was wondering that their is hardly any proof according to which Sakura has developed romantic feelings for Naruto. I mean yes Yamato's uncompleted sentence was their but that doesn't confirm how Sakura felt. I usually get the vibe that Sakura's love for Naruto is more sibling like than romantic.

 

We all will agree on this fact that by the end of part 1 Sakura didn't have any romantic feelings for Naruto. She had developed care for him but not love, which can be easily be proved as she was ready to leave everyone behind and go with Sasuke.

 

In Part 2 their has been many moments where Sakura has shown CARE for Naruto, but that CARE cannot be termed as romatic feelings in any way. As far as I know whenever Sakura is asked about or talked about her love she starts to remeber Sasuke(doesn't matter if it is in negative way, but she does remember him not Naruto). Her confession to Naruto which to me definitely was fake and I would be lying that I think of it as true if I ever say that, chapter 540 etc. I mean yeah it is completely possible that her romantic feelings for Sasuke are withering, but their has been no such time when I have believed that she has started having romantic feelings for Naruto. Definitely Sakura nowadays always supports Naruto more than Sasuke but that doesn't mean she loves him, does it. She just supports Naruto more because he is the better person inside.

 

Moreover, kishi has played with pairings too much that in the end I really don't know how will he make Naruto not look like a silver medal/backup plan of Sakura, if he decides to close up the manga with NS.

 

lol so you consider the ns bond a sibiling bond like some other fans do but that arguement is invalid and you wanna know why its cuz katara and aang from avatar the last airbender got together you see most kataang shippers see their bond as a mother son relationship and id be lying if i didn't see that as well despite being the hardcore kataang shipper that i am although most fans never really cared what their relationship came off as myself included they still ended up canon with one of the most amazing final kisses in animation history thats why when nh/ss fans like to use the sibling bond as an arguement i use kataang as a counter arguement note atla was inspired by anime and with all that said please enjoy this vid

Though im not sure she would come to visit Lee and Naruto everyday like she did for Sasuke in fact in the SR arc Naruto came back in much worse condition than Sasuke was she was only there for a few minutes than peaced out

I give Zutara credit....atleast he didn't treat her like crap every-time they shared a scene together.

 

I swear to god if Kishi really wants the audience to accept Sasuke back as a character we need him to come back begging for forgiveness, I don't care how OOC it is hell Zuko did it and it was OOC for him up until that point. Besides having a character do something OOC can be a good thing it show's them maturing.

 

The most selfless thing Sasuke has done so far is go to the battlefield and really that's more to just eliminate the threat so he himself can sit atop the world.

Yeah, I shipped Zutara I'm over it now, though. I just thought Aang was way too young to have ship with anyone, and Katara seemed much more mature than him. But, I did think Kataang was probably gonna happen even though I liked Zutara.

Well ... there is no definite answer. All of us, NH/SS/NS fans alike, are all making assumptions on Sakura's true feelings for Naruto based on whatever they perceive as evidence. Just because some people think she loves him and others don't doesn't mean either of them are 100% wrong.

 

I guess my advice to you is try not to doubt NS too much. Nothing's confirmed yet so that doesn't mean it will most definitely go the negative way. Try to think more of a balance if you aren't really sure Sakura loves Naruto. There's a chance she doesn't and there's a chance she does. Simple as that.

 

You're technically right tho. Sakura worrying, caring, and crying for Naruto doesn't have to mean she's in love with him. Those type of things can be interpreted as you wish. But when I analyze the story, I recognize that Sakura has done things for Naruto that she's only ever done before to Sasuke. Since it's specified only to them, then it makes me believe Sakura has romantic feelings for both of them at some point on some level. Even if she might not be aware of it, which is very probable. See Sakura's entry on her feelings for Naruto in the Databook 3.

 

Going by manga, Sakura has never flirted, blushed, hugged, tried to feed, or ran at someone in their most darkest moments with tears in her eyes (Tenchi Bridge NS moment  vs. FoD SS scene) except Naruto and Sasuke. This is still consistent and IMO this is enough proof that Sakura loves or likes Naruto. And then there are selflessness of NS that SS doesn't have, which also makes me think Sakura's feelings for Naruto are more genuine.

 

Sakura has blushed a lot in Part 1, but that's not abused as much by Kishimoto any more. Sakura blushes when it's appropriate or when it means something, not all the time like in Part 1. So counting Sakura blushing at Naruto in P2 doesn't weaken your argument at all.

How do you think Naruto will confess without actually believing that Sakura has moved on from Sasuke. Sai did tell Sakura how Naruto felt but her ambiguous feelings led to a half hearted/unbelievable confession for Naruto. So instead of Naruto confessing, it is Sakura who has to deal with her feelings first and then try to approach Naruto again. I don't want Naruto to look like a fool and confess to Sakura just to get a reaction of "I need some time to think about my feelings".

 

 

The most sad thing in this manga is that throughout this manga Naruto has done so many things for Sakura, and still her feelings are not resolved. I seriously wonder what has to be done to make her finally come to a decision about her feelings.
