I don't even know what to say. It sounds so unreal.
I'm not going to lie here, he wasn't my favorite actor. However I grew up watching a lot of his movies.
I remember watching Jumanji as a kid, I loved it and still love that movie to this day.
Mrs. Doubtfire - loved the role he did in that film.
Right now I'm in denial, I just don't believe it.
It's like part of my childhood just vanished.

Which I've told you - time and time again - is dangerous! There will never be consensus, son, among those you have helped to ascend. They will all differ in their views of what it means to be free. The peace you so desperately seek does not exist.
These men are united now by a common cause. But when this battle is finished they will fall to fighting amongst themselves about how best to ensure control. In time it will lead to war. You will see.

Just a couple of minutes ago, I was checking to see if this was legit, and it was! Man, Robin did a lot in Hollywood... RIP. There goes that show wit him and Sarah Michelle Gellar... No season 2.
EDIT: This is moved to Arts and Entertainment. Remember, Robin is (now was) an actor.
Show got cancelled anyway.

It's really sad, because this is also the anniversary of my grandfather's death and we heard about it just as we were returning back from the cemetery. When I was a kid I absolutely adored him, and I still see him with a kind smile. He really did give a lot of people joy... it's a shame he couldn't find that same joy in himself. Battling depression isn't easy; I personally know its struggle, but may he rest in peace and my condolences to his family for their loss.

A great fact about Robin Williams was that on top of him being a great actor and comedian, he was also really into anime and video games. He was a fan of Neon Genesis Evangelion and played Zelda Ocarina of Time, among others.

He was a great actor who made many of us laughed. Great roles like in Good Morning Vietnam, Dead Poets Society, Hook, Jack, Popeye, Aladdin(voiced Genie), Bicentenial man among many other great films. RIP Robin we will never forget you.

To be honest I barely recognize his name, but I have seen some of his roles. Sad. Man...

I can't believe this happened. When I first saw the caption on the news that Robin Williams was dead, I was in complete shock. I didn't want to believe it. I honestly still can't believe it as I type this.
Robin Williams wasn't an actor I was obsessed with, but I'm more upset at this than I thought I'd be. He was in a lot of the movies I grew up with like Jumanji, Mrs. Doubtfire, and the Aladdin movie. Still love all of these and I'm way older now. I always loved his humor and his jokes. His passing is incredibly heartbreaking to his family and so many of the his fans like us.
I can't believe he seemed to commit suicide out of depression. He always seemed like such a happy, hyper guy. Even 63 years old just watching him made you feel like he had the energy of a kid. I guess you never can believe the face people show to the world.
R.I.P Robin Williams. You will be missed.

I'm really sad and more than a little shocked to hear about this. Robin Williams was definitely a part of my childhood and to hear he's dead, and apparently by suicide, feels very surreal. So sad, for him and his family.
