Ugh please bluestarsaber, don't remind us, theres a reason many naruto fans, mostly non-pairing hated that whole craze SP had when ep 166 came out, it was just so unnecessary, so unneeded, and it was the joke that made them say they blew the budget on the pain fight with the 6 tails stuff and we got looney toons tom and jerry antics instead of a fight. My god if kishi did the 166 stuff years before in the manga, that would be something for NH but god its so unnecessary..
As for this series well, I am not sure how it will be but the rock lee one was revolved around mocking the series in anyway from the characters to the fandoms but this may do it just as well.
Why mentioning me I haven't even commented yet and I only just found this out. Anyway not to my surprise half the fans here not happy with this news, don't really know what to think off it but I give it a shot.

This will only be funny if they REALLY rip on Sasuke's character hard. Like really poke fun at his character by butchering him to the point where you can derive catharsis from Sasuke's suffering from being regarded as a complete joke. He should be the type of character where his dignity erodes via comedic hijinks and get justified punishments for having an over-sized ego.

This is a bad idea.
1. Sasuke is already the main character in canon. Who would be interested in seeing him AGAIN?
2. His character is not fit as a main character in a comedy series. Should've been Ino, Kiba, Konohamaru, or Kankuro.
Well, I was running out of TP. Guess I found some more.
I'm not such much bummed about Sasuke, though I agree with you. Team Not Seven is a terrible set of characters and the last thing they need is this.

........Well that's it. It finally happened. I can never take Sasuke seriously anymore. Now the entire seriousness of Sasuke has been reduced to basically nothing. I may have hated the character, but I at least took him seriously.....now I can't even do that anymore. There is no way that this is ever going to be a good idea. If you try to make it comedic, you ruin Sasuke's character that was built up in part 2. If they try to make it serious, the style makes it laughable. Rock Lee was fine because he was a fun enthusiastic character that plays around with this kind of thing. Here? Now Sasuke is nothing more than a joke.

Looks like Sasuke will receive a worst treatment than Hinata did in the SD series. There won't be need to write Sasuke bashing stories when this series premieres lol.

Well, if its RtN AU like Sasuke, I would follow . Wish we could get more on those AU characters.. I really loved every AU character. At least that would be interesting and fun to watch.
But this idea though has 'FLOP' written all over it. Sasuke SD?...Ugh!

Hinata would be the character I would look forward to see the most as well.
