a kiss in any form would mean NS either is or is going to be cannon.
For instance, Naruto could confess to Sakura and kiss her on the forehead then immediately leave to go fight Sasuke without giving her a chance to respond. once he comes back however then NaruSaku will officially become cannon with Sakura expressing her feelings (I imagine this would be a very emotional scene) and then bam! Naruto interrupts her with a kiss and NS is cannon.
Now I will admit, this is kind of far fetched (and kind of cliche), but hey It could happen.

Totally needs to be a kiss.
Already had the hug after the Pein arc. That hug showed how close of friends Sakura and Naruto were. It showed how much trust and care there was in that relationship.
In my opinion, a kiss would go to the next level, taking the relationship to a romantic one between the two.

I agree a kiss between Naruto and Sakura would just seal the deal right then and there. Although I won't really say when or how it's gonna happen mainly because it would be best to wait for it as a surprise gift from Kishi.

I think it will happen when Naruto goes to fight Sasuke , Sakura is worried about him dying and she will cry, and Naruto will promise her he will be back and kisses her in the forehead , then Sakura understands that it wasn't Sasuke who complimented her forehead.
Once Naruto come back andd defeats Sasuke , Sakura is going to show him her true feelings to him and they will kiss and kabam NS is canon

I think a really emotional hug would be fine but Naruto would hug back now so there on the spot she kisses him and he kisses back and I will be like

Kiss. She nearly Kissed him when he was disguised (as Sasuke) in the beginning so why not have one as himself? Well granted most real couples in the series never kissed either, but still.

Realistically, probably another hug or forehead kiss if that's the direction Kishi wants to go. Slightly less likely, just a normal kiss on the lips.

I actually want to see Sakura take care of Naruto if he gets too worn out from losing so much chacra or overusing a jutsu.
