Due to the lack of entries, we have decided to reduce the number of prize-winning spots; we will have a winner and a runner-up for each of the fanart and fanfic categories.
We decided not to delay the contest anymore, as it is already getting near spring, and it's become pretty obvious that a lot of people are just not feeling inspired, at least in part due to the drama surrounding recent chapters in the Naruto manga.
But, to everyone who entered, thank you all very much for taking the time to do it! As soon as the deadline closes tomorrow night (11:59pm GMT), I will set up a PM poll so we can all vote on the winners.

"runner-ups" in this case refers to second place. There was going to be a first, second, and third place but I think they changed the contest to there being prizes only for the first and second place because there weren't enough submissions.
