Yeah... I didn't use it on mine because I thought mine would fall on the second page. (It's last I think on the first page.) But spoilers are for spoilers. If it's something spoileriffic about the chapter then definitely use spoilers. But if it's something about the general about the direction of the last few chapters, including this one, then that's in grey area. Up to a users best judgement as to whether the spoilers are of the kind that will burn a readers eyes out or not.
The point of using spoilers in the first handful of posts on the first page was to allow people to open the page and access the manga link without seeing spoilers before they've read the story. I think if you are scrolling to the bottom of the first page or into the second page, then it's on your head whether you come across a spoiler or not.
People seem to be pretty respectful about using spoiler tags. So unless someone is blatantly spilling information, I don't think it needs to be brought up every chapter that someone didn't use a spoiler tag on the 17th post in the thread.
I don't remember if the rule was set as a hard-and-fast "no spoilers on the first page." But I do know the spirit of it was no spoilers in the first page view so that no one clicks through to the page and gets the surprise twist of the chapter ruined. (So spoiler tags for the first 5-10 posts.) And as long as everyone is respectful of that, I don't have a problem with non-spoiler-tagged posts farther down the page.
I just thought I'd address this since I was one of the non-spoiler tag ones on the front page.
edit: oh yeah, why is Kishi off for two weeks? Holiday? Vacation? Did he say?

Lotsa predictions that Tsunade is going to die. Well, one way to end this war would be for the Alliance to "Win" (in that, the world-conquering power of the Tobi-Kabutomaru alliance is diminished to the point that they could be considered defeated... though Tobi, Sasuke, and several other villains could survive the battle, nevertheless), but all the daimyo and all the kage are dead. With leadership across all five kage nations gone, one big power struggle ensues, moving on to another phase of the story... and potentially another phase for Naruto, himself. In Part 1, Naruto was just a student; in Part 2, he's become its greatest weapon but hasn't even come close to moving into a 'leadership' role. A Part 3, where power struggles across the entire world need to be resolved, would be ideal for Naruto becoming Konoha's greatest leader.
(edit: Incidentally, I hate the spoiler rule... not because of the rule itself, but because it has moved from being "common courtesy for the first couple of posts to have spoiler tags" to "mandatory you-will-be-horribly-flamed-if-you-forget MUST have ALL posts on the first page tagged as spoilers, and we'll still sometimes complain if you don't spoiler tag on page 2!")

You haven't experienced the full cofusion of modern gender relations until you've heard an angry group of women yelling, "We want tentacles!" at an all-night Hentai-fest.

Loved the transitions and the epic dream team pic. Wish we could have heard the joke whatshisnamekonohaninja was thinking about!
Don't even want to think about how tired Naruto is going to be after all his clones disappear! And I can't wait to see how the 5 Kage work together!

A little late for that *coughSasukevsItachiarccoughcough*
Although, you undermine your own point. Of course the manga called Naruto is supposed to focus on Naruto.

Agree on all points. And especially the thought of a part 3. Naruto is a powerhouse, but he has not had a transformation to adulthood yet. And it would be nice to see him mature, then take on the battles that will define his role as an adult. Like a trial by fire. Not to receive maturity and a wardrobe change as a result of his defining battle with Sasuke.

You mean like actually watch him turning 21 by taking steps in life?
