Yes, and you can see she doesn't have respect for anyone who isn't strong willed. She would like Sakura quite a bit because she's both strong willed and deeply compassionate. Heh, she'd probably berate Sakura for not at least landing a well deserved punch on Sasuke though. Tell her you've got to be tougher, etc...

Sakura: *FLASHBACK WITH ALL THE TIMES HE SAVED HER*

Kushina: Didn't he tell you?
Sakura: Who are you talking about?
Kushina: giggles.
Sakura: Is he'd cheat on me with you?
Kushina: Like no (Kushina punched Sakura's head)
Sakura: What was that for?
Kushina: Sorry about that. I've been kinda hot tempered since the day I was born and talking like that when I get excited. I'd try not to say it, but some-tomes my mouth by passes my intentions.
Sakura: What?
Kushina: In short I'm Naruto's mother.
