I just hate the way characters are drawn in that episode. The proportions are off and Obito's face seems like somebody else's.

Something is telling me that there going to make a neutral scene of girlfriend comment Like make naruto conflicted of who he likes. When in reality he only shows interest in sakura. I don't know the more they pork out the fanservice the more there misleading the non manga readers. I guess its really really hard for them to just let go of the hinata fan servicing.  :ermm:

 

Edit : Maybe its  because they know that kishi will most likely will never make naruhina canon by the end of the manga so there giving as much fan-serving to this overrated pair out of bitterness. Anyhow anything that happens in the anime will not effect what happens in manga so don't take any fillerness seriously.
