I have to check and see if being criminally insane is either considered a crime or more of a mental condition. (goes to find out)
Well I just found out that being criminally insane can send you to a mental hospital since they don't hold you criminally responsible so unfortunately no.
But that doesn't change the fact that Sasuke is indeed, a psychopath.

Oh boy, if he was real, doing all these things resulted to either LIFE or Death penalty.
How the heck is attacking bee a hate crime? A hate crime is not simply a matter of attacking a racial minority. He would have had to attack Bee BECAUSE of his skin color. No evidence of that kind of intent.
Second, I suspect many states function like Texas where a "hate crime" is not a separate criminal offense. It's an enhancer. In Texas, a if a crime is a hate crime it increase the offense level one degree. Simple Assault in Texas is a Class A misdemeanor. If the requisite intent for a hate crime could be proven, that assault would be a state jail felony.

Not a chance he's "criminally insane." That you have a mental condition or that you are a "psychopath" does not mean you are legally insane or incompetent to stand trial. That defense almost never works.
And yes, if you found so you do go to a mental hospital. Seen some of those patients first hand.

He probably had nothing against Bee or A for their skin color, but Bee and A are awesome and a crime against A and Killer Bee is a crime against humanity.

Aiding and abetting isn't a seperate criminal offense. You are charged with the underlying crime as if you had committed it yourself.
And uh...treasons usually a crime against the "State" not an invididual.
