I guess so.
The rules for the gallery are for one's own work, but if it's explicitly at the other person's instructions ...
I assume that'll mean that if it wins, the prize will have to be shipped to you as well (which might've been the sticking point) and you'll just have to work that part out.

It just has to be a complete fic (or fanart).

Multiple submissions are allowed.
But as far as I'm concerned, the submission is by you so you can't use the same keyword.
Hmm. That gets potentially awkward because of the prize limit thing. I gotta bounce this off the other mods.

I have something drawn,
I just need to color it.
Are we allowed to actually have the keyword spelt out in there.
In the background text, not like, its just there, but in the background if their selling something.
...Boy did I ever pick the time to have a brain fart.
Do you kind of know what I mean?

I think it's a bit too different from fanfics. It's like comparing apples and oranges.

I think so.
Meaning that the keyword is present in the picture, but it's also explicitly spelled out as part of the picture, partially to make sure the viewer knows that.
Like a lemonade stand with a pitcher of lemonade and a sign saying "lemonade 50¢"?
Yeah, that's fine.

There must be a bug or it hasn't been completely submitted somehow. It's not showing up on the queue. I seem to recall some hiccups like this happening before.
Can you first double-check everything on your end and if everything looks fine, PM the story to me as well as the Author's Notes and other details. I'll put it up.
I'm sorry about the inconvenience and making you angst over it.

You can submit previously created works if they fit the keywords, but nothing previously submitted to a contest.
