Backstabbing Naruto...its almost impossible
But she can backstab Sasuke.....for Naruto
The most logical choice is Naruto. For her to even think about Sasuke at this point is ludicrous.

Well she will choose Naruto of course.I dunno but it would be too OOC when she choose Sasuke now.She's not the same girl that put Sasuke above everything.So I never considered her to go to Sasuke.Never!

Now... I can soo picture that 9th opening of Shippuden, "Lovers", when Sakura is holding a kunai looking at Sasuke and Naruto and the ground breaks. Wow! I think it's a bit obvious that she would choose Naruto, you just have to read her thoughts during her confession all over again and you'll understand.

Sakura can do something like in full metal panic. Chidori went with enemyand left Sosuke.( sorry no more details, there I dropped that manga) or like Vampire Knight Yuuki left Zero goes to Kaname.( maybe no like that).
