I hate SS pairing I'll be damned if Sakura ends up with Sasuke in the end I expect her to move on from someone who was serious about killing her and be with someone that truly cares about her which is why I'm hoping NS will happen in the end.

This ain't no Fruits Basket. Not everybody's gonna get someone, haha. The most likely other pairings I see are probably SasuKarin and... I don't think anything else. I mostly neutral towards the pairing, but I see it as a huge possibility. ShikaTema is probably not going to happen since in an interview years ago, Kishimoto said he didn't have any plans for Shikamaru to have a love interest. He could've changed his mind since then, though. I'd love to see ShikaTema happen! Mostly because of those darling ShikaTema family pictures by Ramachan 
I also kinda love KibaHina, but I can't decide if I love them more as a couple or as like, a brother/sister relationship. They are just too cute though! I also kinda like ChoIno and could see it happening in like, an epilogue or something. I just think it's so cute how Ino's all hot and stuff and was a huge fangirl of Sasuke, and Choji's just a huge guy, but she still really cares about him :) I don't like them particularly, but I like them together. Haha

Beyond NaruSaku and ShikaTema, I don't know about any other couples. I could see the others being paired with randoms if Kishi wants to setup a next generation scenario. It would be kind of funny, after all the fighting, if Hinata ended up with a guy we never saw before.
Judging by recent events, he clearly changed his mind. ShikaTema is a done deal. Although I don't think he was ever against him having a love interest in the first place given he created a girl(Shiho) specifically to like him and had him say he wanted to be married someday.ShikaTema is probably not going to happen since in an interview years ago, Kishimoto said he didn't have any plans for Shikamaru to have a love interest.
