I'm not saying you can't hate the series, but it feels more on a gimmick level. Like I were to say I hate Naruto, I will get 50/50. If I say I hate Bleach, I probably get bashed to death. If I say I hate Fairy Tail, I get thumbs up and a party. Some videos I can see legit reason to bash, some videos feel "polarizing" like it doesn't feel genuine. I don't know, that just me.

 

That is what we call mindless fangasming/bashing of something. Ask 99% of those commentators WHY they love or hate something and they will most likely be parroting the reasons of someone else. That's what I notice about a lot of fans of anything. They don't genuinely have their own opinions, or look at anything objectively, they just "follow the crowd". And that is also where double standards come in. I bet QUITE A LOT of those Fairy Tail bashers are also Dragon Ball fans, yet praise Dragon Ball's nonsensical stuff where as the "nonsense" in Fairy Tail is justified "criticism". I partially blame nostalgia for that.

That's what makes Ichiya such an amazing minor character. Every now and then, he somehow and someway always finds himself a perfect moment to shine. Whether it's something funny, or awesome or even both. At this point, he's shaping up to be the series' Killerbee.

Ultear has the cross design on her costume so it's not her, I think it's Anna because I can see it as an evolution of the outfit she wore during her younger days, infact her survival could be explained with her living in the zodiac world, where one days equals 30 days here. so 400 years for her would only be just over 13 years?

 

Edit: Okay I was wrong it's roughly 3 months so it would only be four plus years for her. If she was wearing celestial clothes and with her friendship with the Zodiac king it may be possible for her to survive in that world.

Mediocre at best. Kinda got led on by the chapter title, I took it as a Natsu reference. Although, I guess that just leaves it open for Natsu to be his heel, what with his demon abilities.

I just checked back at Chapter 465 during the first fight between Natsu and Zeref, and it is there where he told Natsu Anna opened the Eclipse Gate, but had no exact time in mind. So I guess Hiro left it up to our imagination for Anna's Fate atleast until this chapter.

I'm not sure about that either, but in a way it works.

I'm surprised they didn't go with the staying in the Celestial world, but I was so frustrated reading the chapter, I felt like shouting at the screen, 'Come on it's obvious who it is, don't try to delay the whole thing for dramatic effect. the clues are as subtle as a sledgehammer.

 

Oh no...not the thing, anything but the thing, don't tell me we have to use the thing.

 

At this moment, I disliked this weeks chapter more than Erza's arc with her mother.

 

Edit: On a side note, I now have the 'Let's do the Time warp again chorus stuck in my head, as I don't know the rest of the words.
