I admit I'm a little nervous about the outcome myself. But I'm just trying to keep in mind that Kishi didn't write their development and toss some hints in there for no reason.

Yeah guys. Naruto won't confess to Sakura at all. NS won't get resolution at all. Obirin? That was just a plot device to make Obito go nuts. Not like he loved her and never gave up on her after all this time. It's not like even Obirin got closure. 
 

 
Surpassing Jiraiya? Nah, it's not like he just saved his friend and will confess to the girl he loves. It's not like Naruto will accomplish great things. Hokage? Psh, forget it. Protecting his friends? Nah, Naruto won't even bother. 
 
NS is doomed. It's not like the POAL has anything to do with NS.

I'll be satisfied if Kishi ateast verifies what Sakura's feelings have been this whole time. Its been nothing but speculation I want to hear how much NS means to her because keeping her feelings in the dark for 15 years and just giving the conclusion "I like you too" THE END. Is total kitten. I want what happened in LOI only this time....try not to make it seem like she's a liar.

I'll be satisfied if kishi gives us a CLEAR confirmation of Naruto still having feelings for Sakura in the next chapter. One that nobody can deny like how NH fans say Naruto was joking when he called Sakura his girlfriend and that he didn't mean it.

He already gave us confirmation so many times, let's not waste precious panels on something that's been beaten to death since the beginning especially since he's the one who confesses

I do have to wonder if closure will be delayed until the movie now. Yeah, it doesn't make sense, but if they're advertising NH and pairings are settled next week...what would be the point of advertising NH?

Well NH fans would disagree with you. They think Naruto's love for her is fading since he hasn't brought up having feeling for Sakura since Hinata's confession and that the girlfriend thing was a joke, which is why I would like a clear confirmation. Like Naruto actually using the word the love regarding the way he feels about Sakura.

I've never seen those arguments as holding much weight, TBH.

The manga's been all srsbsns for the past few years with this war and all, no time for Naruto to pursue Sakura. And even if the girlfriend comment was a joke (I still can't see Naruto taking that so lightly, nevermind the fact that it had to have been a serious question on Minato's part), there's still the fact that Minato confirmed the Sakura/Kushina parallel. Writers don't write stuff like that just for the heck of it.

 

Logically, I don't see NH happening. Emotionally, I'm just as nervous as most anyone else here.

I just watched the trailer. (I hadn't before.) I'm actually a little relieved after watching it. Yeah, I can see it giving NH fans hope, but it was pretty vague and not as overwhelmingly supportive of NH as some seemed to think. Not going to bother worrying about it, unless something more vindictive comes up.
