Nope! This movie was SP's idea right? We shouldn't even be getting a part 3 if the story ended with NS, because Naruto's son wouldn't be doing the same thing he did as a kid. The story would've ended properly if it was NS, tbh. This ending and movie was to give story to NH's non-existent development. SP are Hinata fans, she gets everything, including Naruto. Kishi probably sold out to these kittens, especially when there's the new era project, new movie....basically a re-boot to the story that's going to be pure bullsh**. Might as well get everything else they want, right? Money over everything! Kishi's such a sell out

Yeah, I agree with you, but SP is capable to make a third series even if NS is canon (just like DBZ), or maybe do the same thing as they'll do with NS kids: Naruto is never home and blahblahblah... cause they already proved us that the y don't CARE about the development and the story. All that matters is the money. And since they were able to force (?) Kishi to make NH canon, they did it that way (and as you said, that allowed them to make a NH movie => money) 

It would've ended properly if Kishi didn't gave up on his story. But he did. 

And even though he didn't, SP would've find a way to convince himto  do a third series or something like that... for money.

Who here still has anything Naruto related at home?

Me, but only volume 50 (the one with Sakura's confession) and volume 53 (where Naruto meets Kushina). These two volumes were given to me by my best friend b/c she knew how much I loved these moments in Naruto. No way I can throw away those gifts.

Also, I have two volumes of the Rock Lee spinoff that my best friend also gave me. It's too funny. It would be a shame to throw it away.

EDIT: I might be purchasing the volume with the CPR scene though... It's one of my favorite moments ever.

ps, and she likes to say shannaro. You know I thought their tics were annoying, but I didn't see a single dattebayo or shannaro in the epilogue! I miss them.

LOL same here. Seriously wtf was Kishi thinking, she's literally going to grow up to be Karin 2.0       I just see Bolt as a version of an NS kid because of the hair and him having nothing from Hinata you know? Look at his hair, it's Sakura shaped!!     It's the shape of a petal, basically a combo of Naruto's spiky hair and Sakura's hair...at least to me it is 

Yeahhh!!! When I first saw her I was like..."DAMN! Is that Karin from her childhood?"

I was just re-watching the Rock Lee SD... man lol even THEY knew what was up with the series. It really makes me miss Neji  
 
A lot of games and a couple of volumes. Lol I'm not touching the manga though I'll keep playing the games. Can't let the real Naruto die and be replaced by this phony xD
 
Same! o_o It's just weird? Any fan can do a better job at designing an SS kid, but he decided to make her look like an SK kid, smh I find his hairstyle really weird too, but it really reminds me of Sakura's hair, maybe it's just me  

That and this whole fiasco. It still makes me rethink on whether Kishi really intended this...or was...forced. But he can be forced.to write this ending on the basis of what? That's what I am unable to figure out!

And yeah...atleast those hairs feel like a Super Saiyan's hair, atleast to me XD. To each their own I guess

You know guys, thinking back over the entire series, I think a character like Sai ended up being wasted potential. Sure, we got a bit of backstory on him, but I think it would have been cool to see him really become a T7 member, and not just a replacement.

What I'm trying to say is that Sai could have been written as a member of T7 that Sasuke 'could have been'. In fact I was just thinking that Sai could be someone who desperately wanted to be acknowledged by Naruto and Sakura as someone who was better as their friend than Sasuke ever was, and maybe get a small arc regarding this. (I also had a headcanon that Sai died fighting Sasuke in the earlier arcs and Naruto and Sakura realising that they were so caught up on Sasuke that they didn't realise they had gotten a much better friend in him.) I think that Sasuke/Sai parallel would have been an interesting dynamic that would explore WHY Naruto and Sakura wanted to go so far to save Sasuke in the first place. This would have perhaps in turn created another dimension to Sasuke's character so he wouldn't end up so... meh. His transformation in 699(and the forehead poke. Ugh.) maybe could have been explained through this character study?

But, eh, you know. We got what we got in the end. Wow it's so hard to put my thoughts to paper(or screen, in this case) lol
