In Rock Lee's Tsukuyomi, he sees himself beating both Neji and Naruto and winning the affection of Sakura. This just hit me, Rock Lee supports NaruSaku in a way or he is lampshading it. Why would he need to defeat Naruto? Neji was his real rival so that covers that, but what of Naruto? Becuase he wanted to beat him for Sakura's affection. Well, why wasn't it Sasuke on the ground instead of Naruto if Sakura is supposed to be in love with Sasuke? It is because Rock Lee sees Naruto and Sakura being a couple which could be a story hint to our pairing winning in the end. Nothing totally concrete, but to me it kind of does seem like Rock Lee lampshades NaruSaku.You can't say Rock Lee wasn't aware of her feelings for Sasuke either because he was there since the beginning AND the confession.

Even if no pairings are decided at all I'll be happy due to the share fact I wasnt simply reading for the romance and that this manga has finally ended.

 

It may be open ending like a lot of shounen Manga are which isnt always the best choice but I wont be angry about it.

Even the son wouldn't an open ending sice you know that a son with Hinata could mean he would have the byakugan....

As I see it the byakugan is a recessive trait they preserve through inbreeding.

Well, Lee was there when Sakura confessed.

But nice touch there.

Yeah, but even more so we have one more who technically lampshades the pairing. Even if Naruto looked as though he "rejected her," Rock Lee still believes beating Naruto will gain Sakura's affection. Well, if SS was real, then wouldn't it be Sasuke in the Tsukuyomi and not Naruto? It's pretty brilliant how I never noticed this.

I think the best way to tell would be taking the hints from the story. Naruto is supposed to end up with a girl like his mother, so maybe NaruSaku was already confirmed in chapter 631?

I think the best way to tell would be taking the hints from the story. Naruto is supposed to end up with a girl like his mother, so maybe NaruSaku was already confirmed in chapter 631?

If anything, I say the most believable thing is just because of the promise naruto was intent on finishing, there should be some NS moment born from it, maybe even NS itself. Its like everything would merit itself and come to full form there. Unlike NH and SS, there wouldn't be any issues or shortcomings.

 

I am just hoping that with the promise done naruto can finally confess.
