We don't know what this movie will actually be about, only that it is hinting at resolving romantic subplots, which could mean anything.

 

What advertisement has, specifically, discussed Naruto and Hinata? I didn't say the movie about their friendship, only that the song for which the cover was made is.

 

Because it's Studio Pierrot and they're kitten.

Going by advertisment and the knowledge that its a movie about love NH seems more likely then NS.

 

Take for example the poster talking about narutos sarcf hinata and the sidetext.

One thing I wouldn't mind is if maybe we could see a little jealous side from Sakura. I mean if in the movie (if somehow the manga doesn't resolve any of this) Sakura sees Hinata getting closer to Naruto (I mean because basically everyone already knows that she likes him), she becomes jealous and is forced to confront her feelings towards Naruto which means the whole Hinata love thing would've served a pretty good purpose

i think there are much better ways to make sakura confront her feelings that don't have to do with hinata. i can't stress enough how insignificant her character truly is.

No yeah, you're totally right. Honestly, I don't believe that Hinata's character has made a significant impact on the direction of the manga/anime and w/o not much would've changed. However, seeing as she is a 'main focus' of this last and final movie, I think that would be the only role I'd be happy to her fulfil. I mean, I can't see her with Naruto, but idk, if at the end of the manga somehow (which would be really stupid) if Sakura is still hung up on Sasuke, then hey, give her a wake up call. Still, I'm still all for NS and nothing else :)
