He changed his mind after seeing the popularity of NH/SS I think.In Japan NS is popular but SS is also popular unlike NH but NH/SS are popular in West.So I think he thought

Man, idk what to believe, i swear. First because they can be modified - all hail photoshop and second, because it might be in another context? Context is always important!

Only movie will show truth as kitten as it can be. Oh well.

If I had to say one thing that caught my eye it was the interviewer's use of the word "suggested".

I know, right? That also threw me off... It is suggested... what does he mean by suggested? Plus he refers to it as the last story? Which story? The last chapter, the movie, which one?

That's why I am having problems trusting this... Especially since it's larger than what we got until now and the space is maneuverable in terms of photoshoping it... and since it has happened before (someone from ns fandom apparently modified the petition making it look like it was made by nh fans to mock ns fans, so idk which one is true anymore) i find hard to believe anything UNTIL the appearance of the movie!

You say red herring, I say false advertisement and a bastardisation of what the original manga represented. Is that a prosecutable offence in Japan? Well, I hope this enables readers in Japan to open their eyes to the faulty author that Kishi really is.

I'm not implying it isn't real, but why wasn't this included with the rest of the interview on Saiyan Island or something? It is kinda strange.

I was thinking the same thing. This comes out, a day or so after the other page. It is a bit strange, I would've thought this page would've come first at least in unison with the other interview. Wish there was a better pic of it.

True. Never thought he would play around with his fans' feelings this badly. He knew exactly how certain people would interpret 631 and 663, and yet he went along and toyed around with us.

At least NaruHina can only become cannon through asspulls and a movie that is just nothing more than fictional garbage to me.

Everytime Kishi is interviewed, whatever he says doesn't match what he's done in the manga. Lol, it's really weird. Not too long ago, he also said that Sasuke was pure... Sasuke is not pure. He's been corrupted by a world system that forced his brother to kill their family. He hasn't been "pure" since childhood. And now this thing about Sakura being too severe. In my mind, a manga-ka can do whatever he wants in his story because, I don't know, it's his own story. If Kishi thought Sakura was too severe, why not change her? He is the creator. Plus, it wouldn't feel like an asspull or look OOC for Sakura to change because "a violent woman being tender to the man she loves" has already been built upon. When Kishi says stuff like this, I get the feeling his fans know more about his characters than he himself.

You mean to suggest that it would have been better to shoehorn a character even if the author feels that something wouldn't be natural for the character?  I thought there was enough complaining going on whenever readers  feel that a character is behaving OOC.

 

What Kishimoto was saying was not that Sakura was severe, but that she was not severe enough to be the type of character who could so easily about-face after all that has gone on.  He's saying she's not severe.

Apparently in the Movie thread someone translated this for me. LOL @ the wording! This sounds like a bad NH/SS fanfic, I swear! Are we sure that page isn't modified? Cause this I'll continue writing Naruto until this summer was what he said in the interview on SI and they never mentioned something like this, so what's going on around here?

To tell the truth, I can't see the men who's writing Naruto manga and Kishimoto as one person. One of them - done such sings as:

- Telling a story of bonds between  friends, teachers and students, boys and girls, brothers.

- Straight line of parallels thought 15 years of his work in numerous time's and not a single one, but many of them.

- Teaching his readers how to not give up, how to believe in yourself, how to not betray your friends, how hard work and perseverance will have fruit in the end of the day.

- Story of what can happend to a kind boy that lost all what he had.

 

And another did nothing but lied in faces of his fanats/readers. So who is that person who'm did this interview?
