I don't know why, but more and more the other pairings seem to die down slowly but surely. That's the only thing I would say.

As for NaruSaku, it just keeps gaining an ideal that it is the main pairing that people wants to see to happen. It's not because it's only cute, or logical, but rather because it really follow the story with its theme. Recently, I have been thinking that this pairing is the endgame because of many reasons, especially the recent chapter. If, and I do mean IF, Obito's reason happened to Rin (along with others) and mentioned it out loud, I know Naruto will hear it. Also, if Obito explains the whole story with Rin and himself out loud, no doubt Naruto will step in and tell him about it. I feel like Sakura may be in this battle after all. Granted she and everyone else are coming, but when I say in the battle, I mean the main battle. The rest might deal with the summon. Sakura might remind Obito Rin if she does healing and stuff that shows sign. Let's hope Kishi knows what he's doing.

Edit: Let them think what they want. It won't matter to us. We stick our opinions and sadly for them, ours make perfect sense.

You never know. First, we just have to hear his reason why turn back on everyone. Rin will be one of the important factor of him turning to the dark side. Anything can happen. Sakura's last quote seems like she will get into the mix. Who knows. It's a good chance. I'll say 40% for now. We got to see how the conversation between Naruto and Obito. Granted I know Kakashi and even Gai will be the first to speak, but Naruto will understand clearer once Obito explains.

if she does have a part in all this then maybe thats why he made her the first to realize about the time-space jatsu but if it turns out not to be the real obito then i dont know how shell fit in this

We will see. Next chapter will be big. Don't expect all answer though. We just know that the main focus is on Obito. Once the reason is out, we will know where is this heading to.

It amazes me that the last chapter has a lot of focus on his romance. We will soon know if that's part of a big problem.Cit could be coincidence. Regardless, Kishi really focus on a lot of types of bonds.

That was a complete friendship moment. Sasuke wasn't a complete jerk and he did care for her. This scene proves it. But saying it had potential romance?

the moment was more a selfish one from Sasukes perspective. He was worried more that she seemed ""off"" some how, and took a step to correct it by giving her a confidence boost so they could proceed in the exams.

technincally the closest Sasuke has had to a true friendship moment was his Thank you at his goodbye. And his reveal that it was Naruto who saved her from Gaara.

Ditto. In the second to last panel he's even smirking and it looks more like a "mission accomplished" kind of smirk than a love related smile. That's all I've got .

The problem is that they are using every scene that involves Sasuke showing respect to Sakura. What I told them is that he was only loyal to his duties as a Shinobi, so he could gain more skill and strengthen himself to kill Itachi, and team bond is secondary, as long as he remained strong and superior over his teammates. However, Sasuke change after the Chuuin Exams and started to get jealous if Naruto because he was coming stronger.

In the end, all his commitment and sacrifices he made for Team 7 went down the drain.

Noticed the whole part 2 is about Sasuke's bond with Naruto. Who has the most interaction with Sasuke out of Team 7? Naruto. Yes, Sakura is important to him, but never more above friend. He has nothing with her. Just a good friend. Nothing wrong with that, but the fact Sakura loves him hurt her because she is blocking her true self and it is naive of her to believe fantasy. She is growing up and soon, true romance will come to her. Romance will come towards the end. I can already sense it, especially the latest chapter.

mearly friendship,he cares about her like everyone stated before me ,besides not all SS fans that he loves her you know,they just see that once he gets back he COULD have romantic feelings for her and thats after naruto saves him but what they dont know is for sasuke to full inlove for sakura needs more then 20 chapters of focus om their relationship minimum ( same with NH) and the manga is coming to an end so...not gonna happen so for the SS fans who use this as romantic evidence remind them that naruto complimented her when she climed the tre frst and stated that she's the girl of his dreams and when he thought she was great during her healing and when sakura atfirst admitted that he's stronger and more...mature and when she says w-wow when she sees him doing some rasengan technique with kakashi ,so..that means she loved him from the start of part 2

Does anyone else think it was quite convenient how Naruto forgot about Hinata's confession because of Kyuubi amnesia? Based on Hinata's hand-holding comment, which was unexpected given the seriousness of the war at hand, it sounded like there will be more romance drama after the war arc.

Has it been explicitly stated he forgotten? I have seen many people claiming he forgot and many people assuring he remembers. So unless it has been explicitly stated in canon material or by Kishimoto, I am going to believe claims regarding this matter are fanon fueled by whatever shippers think it is convenient to their pairing.

I personally do not think he has forgotten. Moreover, we know he remembers Hinata was hurt before his transformation into Fox, so it is possible he remembers that she said. So I think he does not care for it (other than the initial shock). And it has not been addressed in the story so far whether he remembers or not because it is such an insignificant matter that it would be a waste of space and hinder more important plot developments.

You're right, chapter 559 did show that he remembered Hinata saving him, but I'm not sure if he remembers the confession. It just seems a bit odd how Kishimoto doesn't show Naruto's response to the confession, other than looking surprised. At this rate he'll probably drag it on forever.

However, SS failed to realize that Sasuke bonded more with Naruto than Sakura. Like i said, his relationship with his team was secondary to begin with. From the Nami no Kuni arc to the Chuuinin Exams, we've seen that he was starting to put his lust for power behind him and became a team player and that bond became primary. However, failure to protect Sakura from Gaara's grasp, Sasuke original objective, which is only to get stronger had started to resurfaced again, because he started to get jealous of Naruto to how powerful he was becoming and Itachi trying to capture Naruto was like a booster.

Funny thing is that I even paired the parallels between this picture and the tree climbing exercise. Apparently, SS believe Sasuke smiling at Sakura in this page will one day lead to romance. However, I told them in them in this pic http://178.21.19.200...Naruto18-10.jpg that Kakashi was also smiling and complimenting Sakura. So I explain this to them. Where's the romance lol? I explained to them the similarities of both these pages. Sasuke was only mocking Kotetsu and his partner on the poor genjutsu, using Sasuke knowledge of genjutsu as a source. And Kakashi was doing the exacting, using Sakura accomplishment of the tree climbinb exercise, using this as a source to pester Naruto and Sasuke.

Just because Sasuke had shown that he cared, complimenting and respecting her. It does not essentially lead to love. I even told them that any male character could do that to Sakura. Heck. Even Inari has a much better chance to fall in love with Sakura after complimenting her looks lol.

Nope, Kishi hasn't given any reason to make Naruto forget about Hinata's confession. I think, Naruto does not care that Hinata loves him because he does not feel the same to her. And no evidence that Naruto has fallen out of love with Sakura.
