Well, at least ShikaTema is canon, (as if that wasn't obvious enough). But just a few things: why the heck would Kishi do a sequel? I'd rather have him do a brand new series, preferably that "Mario" mafia manga.

I didn't know you could have this face as well....you surprise me @Atheck...of course in a good way :D

 

Happiness isn't the first thought that comes to mind at this moment. My heart and mind are screaming a chorus of disappointment and sorrow right now. I guess that's one thing most of us who were profoundly impacted by these spoilers have in common.

I wouldn't mind all of this happening if ACTUAL DEVELOPMENT ON PANEL HAD HAPPENED.

i cant believe this is happening...i think there were rich sasusaku and naruhina fans who just bribed kishi for an ending like this otherwise i cant kittenin explain it..this is fanservice at its best...sasuke poking sakuras forehead?and sakura blushing like an idiotic fangirl? sakura and hinata becomming housewifes? all the development for both girls are thrown out to the window..kishi just kittented on sasukes,sakuras,hinatas and narutos character...this manga is plain sexist...kitten you kishi you bastard

If I recall correctly, Dragon Ball GT and the Yugioh sequel were both continued not by the original author, but by someone else. A franchise as big as Naruto can't die, it doesn't make sense from a monetary perspective.

It really is all about the money in the end. Even if the narusaku fandom is big, the NH and SS fandom combined is probably bigger. If he makes NS canon, he loses NH and SS fandom. No one will tune into part 3.
