Wow, it's my first time reading the whole ladygt's doujinshi on NS when Naruto was sick. I didn't even know there was more to it after finding out what got him sick. I legit laughed out loud in my work area. Good thing no one was here. Lol. Anyway, I seriously couldn't tell the difference. Well now I can, one having asspull and all. It's no wonder people at one high school posted her work instead of the ending.

Damn, I just re-watched Shippuden episode 235. Say what you want about SP but they still acknowledged the depth of Naruto's feelings for Sakura better than Kishimoto ever did.

That's what makes the end pairings hurt. They can't just pair them up and move on. They need to actively destroy and discredit NS to retcon all the development.

It's a movie dedicated to the spawn with Sasuke being a potential second focus. Even so, I don't believe that they're going to pass up the opportunity of using the name-brand character for some pre-promotional buildup to hype up the film. Although it wouldn't surprise me if Naruto was only seen in some kind of heroic pose, smirking and gesturing towards the camera but with no words spoken. He might just appear in silhouette or as a transparent figure that fades out dramatically with the Hinata spawn coming into focus as a symbol of the next generation taking up the mantle.

I guess they think they can take this advantage like DBZ movies with no Goku. Usually they're not that good and I don't even need Goku. So yeah...
