Guys do you agree with no character feeling resolve off panel?
In this case many statement that say naruto didn't love sakura because (ex:) he give up to sakura(from poal) and start seeing Hinata differently. And because it didn't serious so it's not important to mention it again.

It depends really and to be honest, Hinata really didn't leave any opening for her to get a response. It's more like get a response or get nothing, either way it's ok. The thing about NS is that Naruto hasn't done his confession and he got nothing for Hinata, so friendly term is the best way for NH and I would be happy if I were them. Better than nothing or even minor friendship.

That said it would seem Hinata could get ignore entirely and it wouldn't surprise me. The main triangle will get a on-panel resolution, so it's all on Sakura at this point. You got Naruto who never gives up and never change feelings and you got Sasuke who is a lone wolf and pretty much brush everyone off, so now she has to decide.

 
This^ there are some manga and anime that make pairings from out of the blue for fun. For example Gundam Seed Destiny I love Atrum/Gagali I really like this pairing but all of the sudden its shows in the anime that she stops seeing him because of her work and without a conversation he suddenly ends up with Lunamaria's younger sister even if it wasn't shown that they got together but they were hints that he might have. Especially when Gagali told her" take care of him" yeah she's handing him to her on a silver platter. Then there was Shin who was deeply in love with this girl Estella. Throughout the series it is clear he's really in love with her, then tragedy strikes as she dies and suddenly while he's in big depression he kisses Lunamaria who was comforting him and just like that they're an official couple I mean seriously WTF. They made the development but just like that they destroy the pairing they were building up just to make another one from out of nowhere without any development whatsoever, thank goodness Kishi isn't like that and he will never destroy the pairing he has been developing for years. To this day I'm still frustrated to how that series of Gundam ended in the pairings department.

Well to be fair....that show was crap. Lol. But no really, it was a unnecessary sequel but I was hoping for being good. Actually no, the most popular pairing in japan is SS than NS (excluding yaoi) NH isnt popular.
And I dunno why people keep calling sakura useless in p1, imo she wasnt useless, for gods sake, she protected naruto and sasuke in the FOD and she saved naruto from danger in the land of waves arc when she jumped on him so he can duck, and the time she saved him in the forest of death and when she jumped in to save sasuke from gaara and she woke naruto up from the genjutsu by kakashis orders and was assigned by kakashi to go with naruto, shikamaru and pakkun to go look for sasuke and if I recall correctly more. What do you think ino was more useful? Or hinata and tenten for the matter? So I sincerely hope I wont have to hear that claim again.

What do the japaneese see in SS? why is it so popular?

Those who ships SS are cause they just prefer them, but they know that NS is the one. If you want, few pages back, some have proved that by the Japanese themselves.

 

@ 4life's question: NS is the end game for me since the very beginning. It's obvious. I'm more interested on how he'll show it like a kiss, or just a confession and they hold hands, etc.

I did not read the manga till recently and believed the anime was cannon..

I admit it was silly ,but a couple of mouths ago i did not know what Manga was lol

 

Btw , i did not know what a ship,shipping , shipwars , was/were too ^^.

 

I had to read it , cuz i saw NP stating something like Nh was cannon it was full of pictures .... etc etc..

Hahaha! Yeah I was exactly like you, but thanks to my curiosity which lead me to H&E and reading the manga and all, everythings cool I didnt even know what shipping wars were! Ns is the first thing I ever shipped! And till this day

The only way i could be worried is if Kishi makes Rin parallel to Hinata. I mean , if Hinata is the one to wake up Obito and he is like '' Oh she reminds me of Rin'' 
 
However, i don't think that Kishi is planning to do something like that. If someone have to be consider a parallel to Rin i hope it would be Sakura.
 
In fact, SasuSaku is the only other pairing that could be an obstacle for NaruSaku. I think Sakura cleary have some feelings left for Sasuke, and we will not see NaruSaku canon unless she resolve those feelings.

Still rin and hinata being similar is going to be harder than attributing hinata to either minato or Kushina. Sakura and rin are parallels for being medical ninja and having the same initial team dynamic as team 7 but the fates themselves are what will be different, rin realized too late how obito felt about her and the one she loved said he treated her like nothing and almost abandoned her. Sakura though knows how naruto feels and has the chance to do what rin never did, main difference between sakura and rin though is sakura lives. If in the future fight obito harms naruto a lot and then sakura reacts and heals him or says something similar to what rin said, that could be a trigger. Remember hinata is not a medical ninja, already has this issue to get around to even be a parallel. Safe to say sakura has more in common with rin than hinata does with rin. It was hard to say how hinata was a parallel to either of narutos parents, so how can it be done to rin at all?

Hinata doesnt tie in with anything, so can we please stop trying to fit a piece that doesnt belong to the puzzle

Whoever Obito targets would just be another Rin.

Sakura is already a parallel to Rin as in a team dynamic. They have similar roles and experiences in their team. And no it is not a coincidence, it is definitely writer's intent..Kishi is trying to tell us readers something.

 

To make another parallel - Hinata, a romantic parallel would be futile. Stick to one parallel, for gods sake.

Yeah, i was kind of confused from the Anime,  i mean they made  Sakura's  character in some filler scenes unacceptible .. one in purticular after the Iron County Arc .. when they were back and preparing for war her thoughts were : '' If Sasuke-kun and Naruto are both hurt , who will i save first?

 

Lol? huh what the...   When i saw the manga that was not there at all..

 

They even explain why she fell in love with Sasuke, though i dont remember that happening in the MAnga or am i wrong?

Well it's not the fact Naruto has to be the same as Obito in terms of anger due to parallel but rather the effect of the parallel. When I say parallel development, it doesn't have to be that case, though it would be nice to remind me of FMA final battle, which I thought it was epic the way how Ed went all out, but I digress. The point is that Obito lost two dreams: Hokage and Rin. Hokage because he was falling behind and even if he gets higher, Kakashi seems to steal the show, hence the whole celebration of his promotion rather more for Obito. Rin, well self explanatory.

That all said why shows us these two downfalls for Obito repeatedly from many pov, even his own Sensei knows it. I realized Hokage and Rin were the two major points of his character. While yes his team is important, but looking back, they're secondary but feels main. His last flashback is never give up on two things: Hokage and Rin. Now, he can get them in the moon eye plan, though he seems possessed so that will have to wait, maybe. That said that's why the parallel must happen because it fits not to pairing plot, but the actual plot itself. Sakura don't need to die, but the effect of her presence needs to be made.

Can Kishi dodge this? Yes, he can, but right now, he seems on the verge of explaining that new generation will correct the mistake of the old, and do everything what they failed and succeed it. Noticed the amount of parallel within Obito's story. It's because he's fighting a boy who is going through the same phase as him only succeeding further and further. Obito wants to stop it because it's if he's jealous that life can be good because he's doing good but he's trying to prove his point that life is hell. So what could make him hell? Killing the people to make him unworthy of Hokage and of course, kill his love to make him a huge amount of pain. This is good for story and honestly, it will be weak if he missed this opportunity of moral lessons. I guess we have to wait but I do hope.

Team Pierrot would have to disagree about Hinata not beeing a Medic , nvm joke aside Hinata is a side character , the main conflict is in team 7 , last i checked she does not fit in >.< , nh fanbase try to make everthing their parallel since they have nothing but the hand-transferchakra-holding  and ... nothing.

 

They compare hinata with Minato saying that he stalked Kushina , just like hinata did with Naruto... lol? no coment there

 

 

 

 

Now about SS beeing a bump on the road - nah , i read what you guys wrote  about  Sakura's conflict and her reaction  when  Sasuke/Naruto fight and 540->573->631->635 possibilities and i will just have to say - no,  not at all  after all the strong arguments you gave its hard to believe that she would choose Sasuke.. Its would be quite the picture if she turns on Naruto and tries to kill him >.<,

 

If she has not realized how she feels about Sasuke till now ... well something major will have to happen to cut the right wire ^^.

Doesn't need to be Sakura either, because we have Neji. But Neji makes me think this time Obito hurts someone, the reactions will be different. We don't need a deja vu, and I'm looking forward to how Kishi will do this.

Ok, he is seen as possessed, right? So Minato couldn't bring his real self out. That said Sakura doing the parallel will have a big effect if it does get paralleled. This happened in BlazBlue, where one guy is consumed by massive power but that girl makes him remember and actually tried to talk to her. Now the parallel can have a good side or a bad side. Again, it doesn't have to be kill her for parallel, we just need to see how it connects first. First get paralleled, then we will see how it goes down once it happens.
