Of course there will be a sh**storm because of NH tease in the trailer. There was already NH tease in RTN while Hinata was barely there, so now that she'll have an important role in the movie, she will obviously be teased with Naruto (especially IF they happen to be canon).

Funny, because if we get the new trailer after the last chapter, rather than the second last, which will only cover Naruto/Sasuke final feud, it could be easier to accept what we get tossed at. So, like many would say: expect the worst, hope for the best.

Oh and there is gonna be a video about the movie in the next episode possibly a trailer  where NH confirms their love  .

Question: do we know who's the writer of the movie yet?

 

Supposedly Kishi is overseeing the script, but I wouldn't be surprised if he allowed Pierrot some leeway to inject their own influence into the movie.

SP has given Narsak plenty of love in the past...

They just like to make NH looks less crappy and one-sided than it is in reality, but they still know what the real OTP is.

Barely. It only shows very little Sakura, only showcase Sasuke and Hinata in AU, making it seem like a crucial part of the movie, and Naruto's words on friends. The only part they got it right was showing Naruto's parents and Naruto explaining his parents' sacrifice. Villain kept being shown as Tobi which is technically right but Menma is the one in it. My advice is to wait for Kishi being interviewed to get a real idea on what's the movie is about. That's how we learn about Sakura's parents, Naruto being alone and wants love, based on his life as a father, and so on.

There are different teams working on the episodes and I'm pretty sure there's an insider SP war between NS and NH supporters.

Lmao I can see the trailer now. One scene of Hinata crying over her sister and Naruto comforting her/telling her it's gonna be ok. This site will go crazy.

Naruto shouldn't even do that, as they aren't really close. But well, I remember that the one comforting Naruto over J-man's death was Shikamaru and not Sakura because of parallolz.

So I'm not expecting logic there.

Yeah, I know. To me, my problem isn't pairing really, but priority. Character wise, alas Heroine. Here's the thing: I believe Hinata is a movie main character. By that I mean she's only relevant for the movie and once we go back to manga (even though there's no more), well, back to background. That said you can have a movie main character and heroine. Obviously you would know who's the latter.

It just speaks of the insanity of these whole pairing wars when people want to declare NH canon (and act like it already is) without sufficient proof in manga developments and only in movie advertisements that have been known to be misleading. If the Naruto fandom is that kittening stupid, they deserve to be trolled in the worst possible way.

As you said the manga will be over, as well as us  probably winning the pairing wars, so it isn't really a problem to have Kishi throw a bone at Hinata at this point...

They're not close on a personal level like Sakura, but they are good friends. Like how Neji is to Naruto in a way (but to a lesser extent). It could very well happen. Naruto is a nice guy, why wouldn't he comfort a friend? I could see it happening and Naruto telling her "we'll get her back". Not everything is romantic ya know Though people will obviously blow this up into something romantic anyways

But well, I don't like to see Naruto and Hinata bonding, because the fanbase will blow up out of proportion as they always do and it'll be hella annoying.

NS will be already canon by then so they can take the backstage and let my Sasuke and my daughteru shine.

 Plus they were the stars of the RTN movie so...
