I'm also happy because the Cards didn't make the playoffs until THIS year, therefore winning me $50.
(For the younger readers, a "record store" was a building that you had to go to when you wanted to buy music.)
(For the younger readers, "buying music" was the way we acquired it, since we couldn't just… you know what, let's just get back to the Bowen song. Stupid kids, you ruin everything.)

Be the Ultimate Ninja! Or Reaper! Or Zombie Killer... or something. Play Billy Vs. SNAKEMAN!

It was a tough game to watch for me, but the Ravens couldn't hold on and Steelers proved to be the better overall team. Though I have to say it was a great season and playoff run and it looks like we might finally have a steady quarterback here in Baltimore. Flacco looks like the person to finally step up and make the Ravens offense improve and live up along its defense.
Also, I believe McNabb and Reid should stay in Philadelphia. Yeah I know its another NFC championship game that they lost but they still play hard and made it to the play offs. I'm sure one year they will get over the hump.
I really hope the Cardinals win the Super Bowl not only because of my disdain for the Steelers but because their franchise deserves it. I think it would be one of the best stories in NFL history if they were to win the Super Bowl after all that franchise has been through without having a championship in sixty years. Kurt Warner is a great quarterback and he should have won the MVP with the way he is playing. He really has restored the team.
Go Cards!

(Btw, I went ahead and made this just the NFL thread, so we don't have one for each season. XD So we can just keep NFL talk in here)

It's par for the course. Atlanta, Carolina, and Philadelphia were all favored to win. Every single one of them lost.
I'm picking Arizona to cover and to win.

Lulz

First off, if you watch the Panthers, Falcons, and Eagles game, each time Larry Fitzgerald was at one point or another under double coverage.
Second, you are forgetting about 'Q' and Steve Breaston, the two other 1,000 yard receivers. So even if they can stop the Fitz, you still have one more pro bowler to contend with and the deep threat of Breaston.
Third, Boldin is 100%.
And last but not least, the Cardinals work with a 3-4 defense also. Along with Wisenhunt's knowledge of that defense during his tenure with the Steelers as assistant and offensive coordinator, I imagine he has something worked out.
The only thing that could suffer, would be the running game. But if they are going to try to stuff the running game with 8 men in the box, thats when it is time to come in with screens, flea flickers, and play actions.

A couple of bombs to Fitz and it all goes out the window, Great Defense usally wins out but, im going with AZ.
The fact that I hate Pittsburgh also adds to my decision. If they win they'll have won more Superbowls than anyone else, ugh.....
