I'm not a big shooter fan (and some would argue that I'm not even a big fan of video games) but I found it for a good bargain price of $40 so I decided to pick it up and have a go. The campaign was pretty interesting and the plot twists were a good balance of the morality between the different countries. The level designs were good with plenty of places to get cover and tactically take out the enemies (though certain levels where you have almost NO cover is a real kitten on a harder difficulty). I like the different types of variations with gurellia fighting, tactical espionage, snowmobile/land boat riding, and my favorite part, sniping! I'm glad the AI was much improved over the last game with less grenade spam in Veteran mode and they don't always charge at you leading to quickly react and get overwhelmed.
It does everything that a first person shooter game should involving improvement in making it a very action packed game that brings the player up hand and personal with the surroundings and allies/enemies. The story is pretty gripping when you enter Washington D.C. and see the complete destruction of the entire place and the events that lead up to this as well as the aftermath. Quite shocking if you've been there multiple times like I have and can recognize areas like in Fallout 3. The score also does very well in the right mood and creating the at times desperate or thrilling part of the respective missions. I haven't played the Spec Ops mode yet (waiting for my friend to get free from work) but I've tried the multiple player mode and it lives up to expectations just as it should with good fun with friends, not so much with strangers. Overall, despite having a short campaign (20 hours to beat the game on Normal and Veteran), the game delivered in each mission with a thrilling and exciting roller coast feeling of ups and downs as you follow through with the story. My only real criticism stems from not being a big FPS fan in the first place, but the game definitely can turn some people if they give it a shot.

I rate this 9/10! The storyline was good, and the graphics were great for it being on the DS! Doing quests about everyday kind of got frustrating though =(

This game has great graphics, story, music and multi-player but the Single Player Campaign is too short (6-8 hours depending on if you wanna bother looking for enemy intelligence or trying the stage specific achievements), the enemy AI is at times laughable and frankly I liked Call of Duty 4 better. This is a good game but I've played far better games from 2009, this isn't even on my Top 20.
Dead Space (XBox 360): 10/10
While Resident Evil 5 was great it didn't really set any new standards for survival horror games for next-gen systems. This game does.

The commercial does not do this game justice. AT ALL.
Some of the nicest graphics (2D) on the DS, a score composed by Yoko Shimomura, a nice plot...
Seriously. If you have a DS, pick this up.

I haven't beaten this game yet but I must say this is one of the best games I've ever played on the 360 and an early candidate for Best Game of 2010.

I dont care what other games come out this year Irrespective of category. This is the ultimate GOTY of 2010.
Seriously. nothing could possibly live up to this game's awesomeness. After playing it for 42 hours on the Pc
i can safely say i am done with it

And my god this was one of the best games i have ever played in my life!
Every single choice you make..... you actually feel it matters. The characters ? They feel real. They're not perfect
heroes. They're people. Who are just about as f***** up as any real person can be. Hell. I actually
felt sad when anyone of them died. That never happened to me before this game. The best part is that
every decision from the first game carried over into this one. And I'm pretty sure a lot of the tough choices
you have to make will have far reaching consequences in the next one. And to be very frank ? I can't WAIT
for it to arrive.
If you guys want a game where you actually feel that what you do matters to the story ? Go buy it now.
The rest of you ? buy it anyways. Its that good. you won't be disappointed.

I must warn you though. The game will never feel as awesome unless you play the first game. even if the combat sucks in that
one its is quintissential that you import your endgame save from it. Else..... you will never feel as connected to mass effect 2's
gameworld as deeply. The choices will feel hollow. the world.... will lack depth. In a game where choices matter. Would you really
want to jump in midplot ?

Great Graphics (Though watered down in comparison to the PS3 version), Music (Though missing the Victory Theme) and an alright Battle System but the Characters are lame (Even though I initially said Snow was awesome as the game progressed I started to hate him) and in some cases annoying (Hope gets on my freaking nerves) and the plot stinks. Overall it's a good game but a bad Final Fantasy game.

I'm getting too old for this.
Short Story: Good game, but without a doubt you see it's main selling point is nostalgia.
However, it's the good kind.
Will probably finish this l8r.

Finally, after two months of waiting, I bought the best fighting game for the Wii.

... and I LOVE it!

The graphics and artwork amazed me! Capcom had stepped it up with the 2.5D visuals and it work for the Vs. Series!
The controls are very different, unlike MVC2. Instead of punches and kicks in different buttons, they are combined as light, medium and heavy attacks, and the fourth button is the partner button which act very different. Gone are the pressing heavy punch and kick buttons to call in your partner and the assist button no longer abusive like in MVC2.
The combo system is very much easier to perform unlike the previous Vs. series game. (Trust me, I manage to pull a very powerful Morrigan combo that scare the crap out of me). The mega crush, advanced guard and baroque systems are excellent introduced mechanics and hopefully will make a return in another sequel.
Now the character roster itself are fun, powerful and best choices. Returning vetarens are Ryu, Chun-Li (now in Street Fighter 3/Alpha style of fighting), Morrigan (with her Darkstalkers 3 moveset) and Roll (in her original appearance in the Megaman series). You may also count Zero as he was a secret character in SNK's SNK Vs Capcom: Chaos and Saki, who was a partner character in MVC1. I remembered that this is not Tatsunoko characters first appearance in a fighting game, because they had their own game around PS1 era, I think. So I expected when Capcom worked on this that we will see Gatchaman (G-Force) characters.
Now I know I haven't completed the game yet, I still have to unlock the rest of the characters and other hidden stuff, so far I unlocked Frank West from DeadRising (sounds like he's only character that not only has an English VA but he's a joke character

The only thing I'm disappointed was that the theme songs didn't return because of licensing issues (I don't know why, though. I know we can't have English VAs for the characters because of the Tatsunoko characters here are belong to different studios, but the music? Capcom can easily get away with adding the Capcom characters' themes in this because its actually theirs. Now the Tatsunoko characters... didn't the studios over here changed their music back when they first aired the shows?) But I really don't mind, and I have really listen to all of the music to see which one stand out.
But I can't wait for a sequel, thanks Capcom for another great and awesome fighting game!

What's Happening with the Naruto series as of now!

The best Stalker game so far in my opinion. There no bugs in this game for which the previous Stalkers were famous. The only negative point I would give to the game is that the graphics were toned down a little from the previous game.

Sonic The Hedgehog 2 is one of the best Sonic games around and all around a great platformer, I can recommend it to almost anyone and overall I couldn't see myself not giving the game lower than a 10 since it had a big impact on me as a kid, it's one of the first games I played, it introduced me to games in general and one cool blue hedgehog with an attitude.

The Single Player Campaign is too short (I beat it in 7 hours) plus the plot, writing and characters aren't up to snub with the original. The game is saved however by Multiplayer which is actually very fun, this isn't the great sequel many of us were expecting tho. Considering it wasn't done by the same guys that did the original I guess that was to be expected.

Without a doubt it's one of the best games I've played last year and this year, I was surprised by it, but then again there's been a lot of surprises for gaming. Having the voice cast from Batman TAS helped this game out and the challenges will have you playing the game for a time to come.

A really great and addicting game. I want to write some fanfiction but when I am starting to play Medieval 2, I say something like 'eh, I'll start writing in half an hour'. In the last three or four days, I got myself saying this from morning to late at night. I forgot just about everything. I recommend it

Problems? I don't like that at a laggy computer, the units seem to have their own personalities and just don't obey your commands...
