Ah that's so sad to hear.He was a very talented artist then going by his work for SS. And hey the fact that I'm so positive about this series is that it has instantly become a favourite among the classic anime/manga that I like! along with Dragon Ball Shaman King and Rurouni Kenshin!  it's an Awesome series!!

 

Again can't wait to get to the spinoffs and sequels!

I see you did your little researcher.Now that you mentioned  death one thing I didn't know and one reason why now the the new series of SS are different is because Shinko Araki pass away in 2011 the designer of SS in anime .

Right know about the spin offs I am reading Saintia Sho it is getting interesting there is some battles I am waiting. Some people will say  that Saintia Sho is like Sailor moon, but wrong, right now the girls are fighting a god, it is interesting seeing Equuleus instead of Pegasus as protagonist.

 

 The one I am holding up is SS Lost Canvas still waiting that next year we could have the anime  probably the last season that would be awesome.

Yes, like a fan assumed that Kurumada just do the work of six moths, but this is a maybe.

Me too I believe that Jun and Shun will get together, I think he plans to return to Island Andromeda and make a better place for her.

 

About Shun and Hyoga: this scene was different in the manga, it was less affectionate.

it is also unique. it is the only other cloth I know that comes with weapons other than the Andromeda cloth.

Do you think it would be a little inconsistent or retcon if we count the Dragon's shield or Capellas' chain and ball or the other guy which I don't remember his name, but he uses his discs?

Shiryu's shield not really though you can bash someone on the head with it. those others guys, uhh I think they're filler so idk But the general consensus is almost all saints fight bare handed. few exceptions but no one else.

I never said it wasn't. I can't state my opinion on Dohko just yet since Ive yet to see his true form in the cloth so yeah.

 

Well on a side note I found Shaina's grieving over Cassios pretty heart breaking.
