I really doubt that Kaiser is stronger then either Chunwoo or Sosul
Chunwoo isn't the type of person to take orders from someone weak. Either Kaiser is stronger, or he has a reallllly good plan. Especially since he can talk about Chunwoo, as well as Shioon, so easily. He isn't intimidated in the least.

Well for her weak body, you already must know that she was destinied to die, if nothing changed, but if it is, she would recive way to learn GODlike moves.

Sosul>Chunwoo in terms of powers, but I doubt that Kaiser has no other strong fighters. Like Dmitry or that other guy. I mean she is under same treatment as Chunwoo.

I was just saying that the only time we saw her is when we saw how broken she wasn't. Torture Sosul? No. She's only as strong as she is because of Shioon.
