...I didn't get what he was parodying tbh...

the "croackkkkkkk" sound that okita says is the sound of a famous fictional japanese ghost appearing when it's about to kill the victim..

 

the ghost sadako crawls out the tv, or the well to kill people..or so i heard. i'm too much of a coward to watch any of the movies featuring sadako xD

 

the other name is "the ring" or "ju-on"

Just wanted to say that I'm on episode 60 right now. I'm on the Benizakura Arc. Imao, that sudden shift in atmosphere that I'm normally used to in Gintama XD
