Knowing Kishi's love for trolling, I wouldn't be surprised one bit if this happens  It would be similar to 616. NH was declared canon by so many and some big NaruHina romantic moment was expected by many.Do you remember some NH fans saying this before 616? " Naruto said he would never let go of Hinata's hand ever!!"
But Naruto drops Hinata's hand and ends up holding Shikamaru and Chouji's hand 
 
And one more thing, after seeing some of the reactions here after the last two chapters, I have to ask- How was the mood around here at the beginning of War arc? You know, when Sakura hardy appeared and lots of panels of Hinata was being stuffed into our faces???

Well it was slow and yeah, we left thinking, "So...did NS really end?" I mean some of us was thinking that while others held up high. It just that we don't know what to expect as well as the movie being announced. The movie created confusion, thinking NH/SS might be the real deal. So long story short, confusion here and there, day 1 was Naruto-less, focusing on other people not K9, etc. So yeah.

How those people get confuse lol? I mean we know 0 detail about what that movie will be about. I understand though it can begin with NH being canon without explanation within the 2 year gap. (I'm stretching here) but SS will never be canon. (thanks to the image of pierrot showing Hinata moment during war and SS interaction, some might think it's official)  

 

NH being canon in the movie just isn't logical but just an excuse and throw all development between NS in a black hole. If it were two years ago, I'd say it never happen but now that logic seem to have leave the manga, there is a slight slight chance that this happen (5%). Though did you see Sakura new look for the movie (same hair as Kushina minus the length, coincidence, I think not).

 

SS being canon, even in a world without logic, I can't see it happen. I mean I don't like NH because they don't have any development and synergy whatsoever (can be corrected by a 2 year time gap but again, it stretching it and throw away too much development of NS) , but SS is a development where poor Sakura even saves Sasuke and like this chapter show, Sasuke wasn't going to save her. Plus the multiple murder attempt.

 

We will have to wait and see how the manga will develop. The war ain't the last arc I think. The final fight between Naruto and Sasuke is inevitable. Sasuke is shown being an ass to other teammate because he doesn't care about them, they just happen now to share the same goal. I don't know how much time the Kaguya fight will be dragged but there is at least another fight coming in. Movie will be shoot in 2014 in japan. Does the manga end in 19 chapter for that time skip (19 chapter left in 2014). If we don't have the 2 year timeskip in 2014 in the manga  the movie cannot be consider canon.

 

Plus last movie was NS and made by the author just like this one, so I expect some coherence  in the next one XD.

I was referring to RtN (Road to Ninja) movie. When the movie was announced, people were excited because it's made by Kishi and it will be the first to learn his intention. So when we have Hinata and Sasuke in AU forms, some of us got a bit worried to think NH/SS has always been the real deal. So we kept thinking, "Damn, this is it for us." So it was rough on some of us and if you noticed by now, some of us are weak. Fragile that if Sasuke ask what time is it and Sakura answers him, people will get upset.

But time has changed and we are better than that. Granted, some are still like that but maybe because we're too passionate of the product without really acknowledging it. It's like you keep saying I hate it but you either buy it, read It, etc. I know it's free will, but you have a choice to prevent yourself. I don't like to tell them what to do, but unless it's their job, they have a choice.

Well, if there's one thing I learned from all of this is be careful of pairing war. It can get seriously ugly. I seriously didn't it was possible but man, it is.

And it all culminated with 615!! I was thinking of reading the chapter 615 thread to see how the reactions were   Record number of pages, no surprises there. Even more than 631 and 663

To be fair, we had to wait for 3 weeks, so we all kept chatting there for a while. Other ones you mentioned only had to wait a week. Not enough time to talk for a long period of time.

on a seperate note, something I always kind of wondered about Facebook chat list with friends why is it that next to their name says "mobile" and sometimes will have an iphone icon whats the difference? What does it mean when a person appears on the chat list but has nothing next to his or her name and its just blank? I've been on facebook for some time now I really should know this stuff

Heh, no kidding. It was worse than I expected. About the only thing I admire about the SS fans is despite the number of blows their ship gets, the majority never seem to lose faith and maintain their belief/arrogance. Its quite astonishing.

I don't know if it can be classified as loyalty or craze.

I mean they have a tag partner, so we're outnumbered. We didn't ask for SK, it just happens. We didn't tag team but we do acknowledge them. So yeah, it's an underdog story with us.

NS are open about their insecurities but SS hide their insecurities and resort to bashing and diminishing others opinions as a counter and to make themselves feel better.

I suppose. I guess I didn't think of that. Still, I wish we both don't have to tenfold a scene until it's really a worth noting event. Again, asking for a time isn't a hug level moment.

Doesn't look like this fight with Kaguya is gonna end anytime soon since just transformed into an unstable monster and we have yet to wait for the edo kages to appear and do something.

The fight should end soon, considering T7 now have 2 perfect susanoos and Naruto with all the bijuu's chakra. Not to mention, Kaguya is missing an arm and separated from her little manipulator BZ, so this doesn't need to be dragged out anymore, after this chapter.

 

However, I do think Madara will come back, the people trapped in the IT will go through nightmares in place of their fantasies, and more Hamura info will be disclosed. But, in terms of the actual fight, it should not take long.

Well we know that the timeskip will happen in about 18 chapters or so, so naturally the fight will probably end in the next several chapters.
