Does anyone think that Naruto would have still called Obito a cool guy even if he
-killed Sasuke
-raped Sakura
-murdered Naruto's kids ten years later
-destroyed Konoha
Where exactly do you think is Naruto's breaking point?

I'm pretty sure raping Sakura would probably be a breaking point. Sounds kinda extreme and really dark for something like that to ever happen in Naruto though. I'd be really pissed if he didn't do something. I guess Naruto can only see the best in people, even if he has to look very low to find it

Whatever praising term you can think of, none of them should even be associated with someone as despicable as Obito. I honestly don't give a damn what his goals were, all of that is erased because of the amount of bodies he's stacked on the death toll. Hypothetically speaking, if Hitler wanted to run for Presidency as a little boy, would he be considered cool or awesome? Would people even care knowing all the blood he spilled? I'm sorry, but my opinion of Obito will never change.

Should luke, Obiwan and yoda reject anakin when he appear as spirit in front of Luke because he killed million At the end of starwars episode 6?

My nephew was born yesterday. I usually hate kids but when I saw him I can't help but want to protect him and give all my love to him. If anyone dared kidnap him I'll probably rip that person's kitten off. If an emotionally lacking person such as myself feel so much for someone who's not even my kid, I can only wonder how much anger I will have if it was my own kid. And so realistically speaking I cannot understand Naruto and the way Kishi thinks. Kishi has a kid too right? Would he be able to forgive someone that were to murder his own kid just to prove a point? I cannot understand his message anymore.

Anyways I can see why you don't get why Naruto is saying that even after what Obito did. But Naruto isn't remembering Obito for the evil things he's done, I think he's remembering kid Obito, the one who loved rin and wanted to become Hokage.

Not sure about the raping Sakura part but the destroying Konoha we know he basically did with Nagato

 

AT any rate I wasn't really bothered by what Naruto said (dude's unbelievably forgiving) but more or less I felt this chapter was kind of weak because ObiRin ends with being ambigious.

I don't know about others, but I do blame Kurama. It's just, he was already redeemed long ago. I'm over it.

 

It's fine to see the best in people, but that doesn't mean you should be blint to their sins and flaws. See the whole person. You can not end the cycle of hatred if you erase their mistakes. If you don't see the faults you will never learn from it.

i think naruto knows what obito did to him and his parents and his  friends. . but when naruto saw obito regret what he did and try to make it up from his heart with the little time he got. naruto forgave him/ forgot about the bad things obito did. .  i mean this is what this manga all about(to save the people from darkness and forgive the ones who regrets) and its a beautiful message . .i dont know why the people making this a really bad/wrong thing? ( i mean if obito didnt regret what he did i maybe would say its annoying sure) maybe am weird or wrong . but i would have been angry on naruto if he didnt forgive obito after he regret what he did and tried to help them and admit that he is trash(and i dont think obito was planning to become evil again after he was redeemed. so he learned from his mistake right?. ). come on sushi have some mercy   .

Well, Sasuke tried to kill Sakura and even tried to kill him several times and even attempted threats on Konoha....so are you really that surprised? After all they are "great friends."

The funny part is, now people know how I feel.
People find it a stretch that Naruto calls Obito the "coolest person" ever despite all he did
Meanwhile, I have the problem with Naruto calling Sasuke a "great friend."

Hey sorry to go off topic on everyone's chaotic Obito/Naruto ranting but I need SOME HELP!!!! DX DX DX DX DX

i know his thinking of sasuke and . chasing over him this whole time he is over doing it but i i always understood that . naruto is doing this cause sasuke was his first friend and he felt how sasuke was lonely . thats why he tries to save him hard cause he is trying to save sasuke like he was saved.. i took it as he is trying to save his first friend that he lost fast. i never took it as he is trying to save his great friend or his best friend. thats why i said did naruto said this anywhere. so did he actually say it or the fans just saw it that way?

Well, just think...Obito has done far worse things than Sasuke, and he gets to be called a 'cool' guy by a teary eyed Naruto and is seen as a hero. There's no way Sasuke isn't going to be redeemed at the end.
