Predictions for 648:
- Naruto and Sasuke combo attack/s.
- Possibly Madara will begin to make his plan into work.
- Kages will arrive to the battlefield.
- Minato, Tobirama and Sarutobi will help.
- Alliance will try to attack and fight more.
- Some Sakura panels on her being beside Shikamaru.
- Possibly also some panels of Sakura checking on the fight going on between Naruto and Sasauke against Obito.
Prediction for an upcoming chapter:
- Kages will try to stop Madara.

There's some from my predictions of chapter 648 cause they're very possible to happen in this next chapter.
Predictions for chapter 649:

I predict that the next chapter could feasibly pan out like #617 where the Alliance, excluding Naruto this time, launch an attack against the giant tree monster with Sakura (and possibly other medical shinobi like Shizune) suspiciously absent. If she does make an appearance then she will remain back and observe the situation unfold from afar.
Naruto and Sasuke could potentially break through Tobi's shield completely by next chapter. If that happens then a new development will start.
