Was cuuute. And the transition from the manga's (sort of odd) art-style to animation was nice and smooth. I wonder if I can find a release schedule somewhere online; I wanna know how long I have to wait for the next one~

This last week has been eaten alive by getting ready for the opening night of Music Man (which was last night), cleaning house while the rest of the family runs to rehearsals (for three separate shows), and reading "Eyeshield 21" with as few breaks as I can manage with everything else going on (finished it just ten minutes ago, or so).
EYYYYEEEESHIIIIIEEEEEELDDDD~ OH GOD IT'S SO MAGICAL. Manly tears, nakama, and Hiruma (FFFFFF that Magnificent Bastard). A sports manga, about football, had pretty much my full attention for the last four days--when said attention wasn't absolutely necessary for something else. A freaking sports manga. GAAAH and it was so goooood, even if I don't really get football.
And now it's over, all done... And I feel sad. I don't even really wanna close its tab on Mangareader (on my browser), if only to hold off on it being completely done for a while.
....it's 6:13AM right now, and I neeeeed sleep (feelin' loopy lololol~), but I'll come back later to blather about ES21 like the wretched little fangirl I am.
I leave you with these parting words as someone that will pass out almost as soon as this is posted:
WE WILL KILL THEM YEAH--!!!! YA--!!! HA--!!!
i apologize for the wtfery found in this post. i've been awake for about 20 hours straight, and staring at my computer screen in the dark for the last 6 hours. my brain....it don't work so good right now = w=;;

Or you could always send me a text, since you're the one with something to talk about, lazybones. ;P

I lied. Sort of. I'd love to rattle on about ES21, but I dunno if I have the attention span to get it all out right now

And you're all very sad because you really wanted to take in my fangirl-y love. Don't lie, I know it to be true.
Gonna go see Music Man

Parents have been at it for the last couple of hours; it's their third or fourth one in a row now. Seems like they get into it every night anymore. This time they started not even five minutes after Mom came home from her rehearsal--from the sound of it, that's because they'd started bickering via email earlier in the day.
My brother came in a while ago to sit with me, and we started commenting to ourselves on the things we could hear from downstairs.
So far the continuous theme of this argument has been "these are the things that need to be fixed, but you're not working on it at all so forget it, let's not be married anymore".
Kinda...not sure how to react to it at this point. They've been threatening each other with divorce for years and years and years, and it used to scare me. Right now, it just makes me...turn off. My thoughts turn off, my body turns off, my emotions turn off. I feel like an outside spectator with a window between them and what's happening.
My brother's switching off between silently laying on my bed, listening, and reciting silly quotes and songs to himself to make himself laugh.
From what I can hear now, it sounds like it might be getting close to ending. Whether that's just their argument, or their marriage altogether, I dunno.
Ah, yup. Mom just went to her room. Sounds like they're done.
Edit:: I lied, she went back downstairs for some reason and now they're talking/arguing in the office. Little brother went off to his room, reading Naruto in bed.
I'm wondering what the result of this argument will be, if there is any result at all. I at least know that it's put a damper on my plans to go see HP7 tomorrow; not really feeling excited about it much anymore.

Yeah, I seem to be caught in a string of 'em at the moment--hopefully this weekend will be a bit more peaceful, since Dad's parents, sister, and niece are coming to visit and see the show. Family visiting=less private time to argue, I hope.

Really? Only once? I'd consider you lucky--I dunno if I know anyone that's got parents that don't fight often XD My parents have been fighting like that ever since they got married--when I was about 6--and my dad and I have had our share of blow-out rows ever since I was in middle school; kinda too used to it to imagine not having family fights, much as I'd like to not have them.
I believe long-lasting relationships can happen and be happy; I know a few couples that have been happily married for decades, but I know that it takes some really serious devotion and patience to get it right. I think people are capable of loving one person for forever, but it's rare; fiction just makes it seem so commonly possible because it's easier to tweak the conditions to be right in fiction than in real life ;P
Thanks for the worry/care; they've been a bit better yesterday and today since we've had family visiting. I think having other people around helped take some of their attention off each other, so when they finally get time together they've a bit more appreciative of it.
Quick note: Getting only 40 minutes of sleep in the course of a very busy 24 hours suuuuuucks. The folks and sibling just left for the matinee show, so I'm gonna take the opportunity to crash and catch up on sorely needed sleep =_____=;;
