Yes, she is. Sakura is the main female protagonist, thus we witness much more... negative/dubious Sakura's acts compared to other female characters. That is why people judge and consider her the one who ruins NS.

with no moments, or just positive moments, a love story becomes shallow as one doesn't get the shortcomings & flaws in his/her partner

although, there are quite shallow ppl present in the whole Naruto fandom who don't understand what the wrier wants to imply

If they don't see what they want to, they start hating character/pairing/writer

It would be funny if Hinata advices Naruto to not give up on Sakura in the movie. But that's impossible, we know... because Hinata's world is totally focused on herself and Naruto-kun's big hand

I think it would be also a bad wrinting about the fact that Minato has made the acquaitance of Sakura in the manga but also completely ignored the Hinata's presence (because she was far away from his sight), and then he went to the afterlife where there's Kushina and having in mind only a girl next to Naruto. And then in the movie Kishimoto make canon a couple with a girl that neither Minato nor Kushina knows very well.

As much as I love Naruto, most of the times he's too passive in NS dymanics. If it weren't for Sakura in P2, nobody would think that NS is a possibility.
