IDK, there were plenty of it how ever short lived, it muffled the narrative.
Not...really. Kishi has always distinguished himself from the likes of Bleach or Fairy Tail's creators by keeping the fanservice to a minimum. He does feed a bone to the audience (generally female in recent years) every blue moon with things like the transformation jutsu Naruto used on Kaguya, but sex appeal and promiscuity were not important factors to the manga.
