Despite the comic overplaying of the tsundere trope with Sakura toward Naruto, from the clips someone filmed at a preview of Shippuden movie 3, it sounds like it might be pretty decent on the narusaku side. We'll find out once it gets released if it's as good as those preview clips looked.

I'm actually looking forward to shippuden movie 4 it will be release in summer 2010 I'm expecting more N/S moments.

Same here...I've seen the preview and, so far, it seem like to be THE best one. I also read a couple a reviews saying that they were really interesting NS moment (some funny, other veryyyyyy suggestive hint of sakura loving Naruto...OH mighty Sage-Sai, you're are THE best )

Beside NS moment, What I like is that we will see everyone in action ( we even see Gaara ). Let not forget that is about Kakashi-sensei, I wonder what exactly the foe want from him?

Anyway, can't wait to see it!

Um....I'm talking about shippuden movie 4 it will be release in Japan this summer. The movie you're talking about which is about Kakashi is shippuden movie 3 I think it will be release on DVD in April.

They haven't said anything so far nor they have release a teaser trailer yet we will have to be patient. But I'm hoping the plot of the movie is good and I'm also hoping that Naruto in this movie uses sage mode and rasenshuriken, also can't forget N/S moments.

Pfft. The author made it clear that the confession was not motivated by romance - Sakura thought it was what Naruto wanted, and she said it to manipulate him, end of story. Thinking she was going to fix things and assuage Naruto's mounting panic (proved by when he was overwhelmed and passed out) is noble and in my opinion, was generally her only option, to try to get Naruto to change his mind. I will say that there is nothing to suggest Sakura is void of romantic feelings toward Naruto - but in this moment, that's not what was going on

Yeah it's not like she was twiddling her thumbs thinking of the best way to screw with Naruto was. She just wanted to stop him from doing all the work and decided to do something herself. Sure, lying wasn't the best way to go about it... but she felt the truth would have hurt more.

Agreed for the sage mode and the Rasenshuriken...I want to see that more often (along with some good NS moments but you have already guess that )

When did Kishi said that her confession wasn't romantic??? he said he describes Sakura as a" honest and surprisingly determined girl" and the part of playing with her thumbs for crying out loud Sakura is not Hinata. How can that person compare Sakura to Hinata??? . That person forgot about Sakura's honest expression and blushing when she told him she loves him and when she hugged him for the second time. All I have to say is that person really a Sakura fan makes me wonder?

Damn, two panels?! Why the hell the anime missed THOSE panels?!

Yeah and Naruto's expression is so cute there- happy surprise with a strong blush. Too bad it wasn't animated. But the animators didn't seem to understand either Sakura or Naruto that well in part 1, they overplayed Sakura's tsundere tendencies and underplayed her compassionate and caring side, and they wrote Naruto as too dumb. This was especially true during the horrid part 1 fillers. They still overplay Sakura's tsundere tendencies for comedic effect but they've become better at showing her compassionate and caring side, as well as her love for Naruto. But they are still behind how Kishimoto was showing that in the manga in part 2. They have her acting tsundere when he makes overtures in filler moments when actually she would have liked that. (Heck she blushed lightly when Inari told her she had become very pretty, flattered by his bit of a crush on her now. If Naruto had said such a thing to her any time during part 2 of the manga she probably would have practically jumped into his arms and kissed him

Well, while I must admit that Sakura tsundere violent trait was show a little to much and that Naruto idiotic caracteristic was overdone too in part 1, I just don't really mind that much. For Naruto's part, he didn't have any manner (due to the lack of parent figures) and Sakura kinda took that 'responsibility' to educate him in her way ( Not the best, but still, effective). Of course, they were time that Naruto didn't deserve that kind of treatment and, yes, for that, I would totally agreed that the animator have focus way to much on Sakura tsundere more violent personality. Since it been a long time that I didn't watch part 1, I don't really remember the other side of Sakura (witch is the more tender part) when Naruto was concern (that mean that I'll have to watch it all over again because, when I first watch it, I didn't focus on the 'Romance' part). Also, I didn't read part 1 ( I only start on part 2 ), guess that mean that I have some serious catch up to do . Of what I remember, Sakura didn't have a love interest for Naruto ( maybe a deap fondness and more respect for him in the end) but I don't really remember any sigh that could mean that she did start loving him in part 1. What I do remember is that they did focus A LOT with SasuSaku moment ( In the anime, they even change THE SS part, you know the ' Thank you Sakura' part...don't need to say more . In the anime, in the part that we see the flashback of the 'Sakura, you're annoying', Naruto reference is not mention)

If Naruto had said such a thing to her any time during part 2 of the manga she probably would have practically jumped into his arms and kissed him part, I wouldn't put all my pay check by saying like you that she would have 'jumped into his arms and kissed him' but I would agreed that she would have accept the compliment without kicking his butt ( If I remember, he did gave her compliment after the H and E bridge incident and we could see a blush with a beautiful smile...so touching moment ...of course, he also have to add the 'monstruous strength' in that compliment, witch Sakura didn't like it at all )

It is true that translators can be biased in their works depending on their preferences, but the general idea in the works remain the same regardless of their choice of words.
