Plus like you said the war became like 1/3 of the series and that's what made it become less likable as it kept going. I mean the arc started on Volume 55 and ended on Volume 72 so we're talking about like 17 volumes in total. What Kishi should've done is have the final battle of the war be between Tobi and The Jinchuriki vs Naruto and Killer Bee kinda like what happened at the ending of Storm 3 except The mask comes off, we find out Tobi is Obito get the backstory that's necessary then flees until the time is right. That's when we jump into the next arc which would've set up for Naruto vs Sasuke.  

17 volumes. That's amazing. If it was in the middle, I would have given it a chance like Bleach, but it was the ending. It's a no-no.

But yes, I was actually afraid of a draw but Kishi did it. After that, selfishingly, just give me the pairing or good closure for the characters because the story is nonexistent.

Same. I was still ok with the story, but after all of that I was just ready for my NaruSaku moment. Sadly, that was kittened over along with the story

Well my care factor was wavering and the reincarnation did the fatal blow, so I just stick by and see what to expect. Then the conclusion of the fight just got me saying, "it's dead to me."

No. That's ludicrous to even do that at this point. The characters are still corrupted, so doing this wouldn't help at all.

I care not for the pairing in Kishiverse, I only want to see NS happening is for him to destroy this franchise. Hopefully next chapter Naruto pays a visit to Sakura and blah blah blah, Sasuke walks in on them

If it happens, It'll only lead to more chaos among the franchise and fandom.....but, also, I would actually start reading this kitten and then be laughing my ass off throughout

I agree. After her punching Kaguya (which I can't lie, I was so happy when that happened), I knew she wouldn't get to do much after that. Then I started to get a little bit of hope when Kishimoto hinted at her going to the battlefield during the NaruSasu fight, but again that was crushed.

Its already locked tight. Kishi already said he killed neji to make NH happen he also said girl is terrible if she moved on from her first love. Plus VA interview said NH and SS was plan from the beginning. So the path to NS is already close long ago. Theres no turning back at this point , at least that was my brain said to me. But i have admit deep down somewhere in my heart i still believe NS gonna happen i dont know i just have this feeling and i cant erase it. IF this somehow this spin-off end with NS ofcourse i will be happy [depend on HOW they execute it]. But i believe it is 99% imposible as long as HINATA and SASUKE still alive + Studio Pierrot and Shonen Jump still in control of this series.

Honestly this is how I would've done it when it comes to the war, in total it'll be 9 volumes long. 

 

 

Volumes 55-57 = The Beginning of The War

 

• Have the Ninja Alliance do their thing against various enemies
• Kakashi vs Zabuza rematch which leads into The Seven Ninja Swordsmen (Show the full fight instead of skipping it)
• Sakura vs Edo Tensei Chiyo
• Neji vs Hizashi (his father)
• Team 10 Vs Asuma (liked that one so we'll keep it) which would go into Kakuzu rematch
• Naruto leaves for the battle field 

 

 

Volumes 58-60 = The Middle of War

• Naruto and Killer Bee encounter Itachi and Nagato (Another good fight) 
• Suigetsu and Jugo break out of Prison and fight off against Kimmimaro 
• Kabuto brings back Madara Uchiha and Fight Against Kage
• Itachi  finds Kabuto and fights off against him solo and ultimately goes out stopping the Edo Tensei except for Madara
• Naruto and Killer vs Tobi and The Jinchuriki Begins

 

Volume 61-63 = Conclusion of The War

• Naruto and Bee vs Tobi and The Jinchuriki with Guy and Kakashi joining 
• Kurama and Naruto put their differences aside once and for all then enter Bijuu Mode 
• Tobi's mask breaks who is revealed to be Obito. 
• Cue in Flashback at the end of 61 up to beginning of Volume 63 behind Obito doing all of this.
• Obito and Madara loose their respective battles and retreat.
• The War ends everyone celebrates and then  arc ends with Sasuke removing the bandage and awakens his EMS. 

 

I feel like there should've been more stuff I could've added but ideallly I think 9 Volumes is good enough to last the war.

It won't. How would they explain a divorce to their kids. How would Bolt feel once his dad left his mom for the mother of his rival? How would Sarada feel if her crush became her stepbrother. Ending in NS after all of this would case more harm than good. I have no idea how this will end, but I don't think for a second it will be NS. Kishi made his choice and now he has to live with it.

Hey so with that spoiler that came out this morning does that mean that we'll get a chapter out this week or is that just a preview for next week since I know this week is considered Golden Week?

Although the April 4 interview with the VA aid that NS bonds are more stronger than husband and wife (even though we know they are BSing themselves) and Sakura is more like Kushina (ignoring the scarf parallel that links Kushina to Hinata in TL). It's to my believe that SP and SJ knows that NH is being hated in Japan and Sakura is being hated because of Sasuke. The mass cancellations on the Sakura Hidden proves that when SJ release an article that promised to tie up all SS lose ends (which it didn't). 

 

If Kishi is truly try to sabotage his work, than NS happening at the end will be 95%. He will not care about us. He knows that SS and NHers hate NS. That's all.
