Nah, he ''planned'' NH, but he didnt want to write on how they got together(their love story). Instead, he preferred to mislead people and let SP deal with how NH became a thing..

Its from New York Anime Festival Comic Con  in 2011  I think it was for the premiere for the Bonds movie.  Either way Junko rocks  she really is the real Naruto XD .

I think from the full interview Kishi said that he wanted NH , but did not care for their love story so he did not develop it . Basically , he wanted to do it like in DB , slap them together without ever showing how they came to be , just like he did with SS . And it was SP who came with the idea to show NH story  in the movie . At least that 's how I remember it from the translations that were shown in this thread , hundreds of pages back by now ...

I think this has already been discussed. This question was in relation to the movie. NH was Kishi's idea and 700 was Kishi's idea but he never had any interest in giving a detailed explanation to NH. The suggestion that a movie ,solely focusing on NH romance, be created came from Pierott's side.

it isn't so much difficult to get it. 

 

Here's a timeline about how stuff went

-Beginning of the 2nd part. Kishimoto decided that Hinata has to be with Naruto at the end because, based on info he gathered around himself, Hinata was more popular than Sakura.

-But, meanwhile, he started to develop the romance stuff just after the start of the 2nd part and this romance stuff has more NS hints than others.

-NS had an huge and fantastic development which will bring the author to a logical decision: NS has to be canon

-But he felt sorry for Hinata and must repay her for having loved her Naruto-kun from the beginning. Besides, it would been deplorable for a woman having a change of feelings about sakura's heart in a such point of the story.

-He still hadn't intention to develop NH well in his original story but SP contacted him and persuaded him to make the final movie about NH (since it has always been their dream, they are really Hinata's otaku).

I enjoyed Jump Festa very much and am heading back to Tokyo now with a train full of fellow festa-goers! At the Naruto stage everyone finishes with their 必殺技 famous moves and Hinata screamed “Naruto-kun!!!” and the entire audience laughed. Because yes that is Hinata’s ultimate move lol. σ(^_^;)

No it was said I believe that there will be only 2 additional pages for the volume  not change it completely .

It's based on interviews of Kishimoto... So you can't really say it's truth or lies.
