Wait, wasn't it supposed to be 39-pages epilogue (semi-epilogue?) AND special chapter?

Yeah. Chapter 699 is supposed to be 39 pages plus we get an extra "special" chapter.

The last chapter of 39 pages is the epilogue.I don't think there is an extra chapter with it.The fight has to end because its just pointless spamming of OP attacks

like kishi hasn't dragged out other things that are less important than this fight. i believe it'll last until the final chapter.

like kishi hasn't dragged out other things that are less important than this fight. i believe it'll last until the final chapter.

If that's the case then I hope that Naruto kicks Sasuke's ass big time before the latter's redeemed.

Yeah. Chapter 699 is supposed to be 39 pages plus we get an extra "special" chapter.

I hope we get atleast 4-5 pages out of those 39 exclusively for NaruSaku. Also a couple of pages of Naruto being acknowledged by all and one, just one panel would make me happy, of Naruto becoming the Hokage, be it the sixth or the seventh Hokage. I want to see Naruto making his life long dream come true in the manga itself.

Not exactly. It's more like a mix of MinaKushi, JiraTsu and ObiRin. I'm sure they'll have their "lived happily ever after". :D

technically, mk is mirrored off of ns. no other pairing in this series can even come close to touching their development.

I want to see Suigetsu and Karin bickering one more time.

Also Karin being all touchy creepy with Sasuke (It always makes me laugh) then kicking him in the balls.

I want to see Gai and Lee together crying manly tears.

I want to see Hinata's dad patting her on the head and telling her he's proud.

I want to see Ino and Kiba on the same panel, just for double sexy.

I want to see Sakura finally realizing Naruto is Mr. Right, not Sasuke.

I want to see sane and happy Sasuke.

 

That's about it.

Oddly enough, they didn't censor that filler episode where a fake Kabuto pulled out his heart. But who knows. Kiss I do wonder.
