Oh trust me, they believe Minato asked Naruto if she was a "she" and Naruto replied: "yes dad, more or less"
O_o Wait...let me to get well this... Are they thinking that Minato was just thinking that Sakura could be a man? Or even a trans...? well, if he asks her if she was a female... well it's a joke xD

Naruto: mmmg? Yeah...! More or less, datte- (thinking: Yes, dad! Sakura could be look a man sometimes but she's woman anyway!!)

Since Kishimoto has already said Sakura was not lying about loving him, it's not really up for debate anymore.
The fact that many people got it all wrong, and that the confession was just cut off leaves me thinking it will be brought up again. Naruto understood by Sai's words, but I want him to hear it from Sakura.
Kishimoto really said that on an interview ?

The funny thing is don't you think her reaction will be more different and probably terrified look because they're bashing her for confusing with a guy. So I guess Kushina was a guy or mistaken as one then? Good to know. Didn't know Kishi goes that far.
Better rate the manga to 18+

Holy crap she won?! Awesome! Non-bias prevails! Um, which design won? One day, I will draw one picture. It will be time consuming (like weeks) but it will be worth it. I have a vision of a great pic. Dammit! First GTA 5 stole my idea, now here's hoping no one does for art.@LadtGT congratulations for winning the Naruto t-shirt design contest!!

"An honest girl with a surprisingly stubborn impression". I'm still trying to figure out what the heck did he mean by "stubborn impression", but I suppose that's just Kishi being his usual vague self.
Seriously, Kishi can make ambiguity an art form.

If she wants to prove it, she can confess again or maybe Naruto confessing to her, and she'll tell that she's too. A kiss can be a way, but I don't know if Kishi is willing to do a kissing scene for them... I'll be so happy if he did that though XD

No way? Really? No bashing but that's actually sad. How can you possibly find a loop hole in there? That's just impossible. No seriously, it's impossible. Didn't viz even translate it in the same way?! So why? How ambiguous gets no other interpretations, but one simple line does? It makes NO SENSE!

There is an argument that says because Naruto said "datte" at the end of the sentence it means he meant "Well dad..that's what she said". This referring to Sakura's confession.
Apparently if "datte" is used at the end of a sentence, it means you're quoting someone. I don't know if this is true or not and I don't know Japanese, but considering the reactions I think this was just another "dattebayo".
Naruto is a nice person. He would never hang out Sakura like that. 
Even if he it was like that, the surroundings would've reacted differently. If I were Minato I would've been like;
