We have at most 6-7 chapters left, it wont be that long. Even with the history it's getting clos
er to the end much closer.

8 chapters left for the movie in which he has to do the fight,take down IT,resolve Sakura's feelings,deal with the tailed beasts and do the village reunion.It will be a really short fight if he intends to do all this in 8 chapters

Its almost a certainty I think that the manga will go beyond the movie date which is weird because the movie may contain spoilers too

That's not all we also have alot of stuff to solve with the shinobi world, where everybody stands, what the whole dealio is with the relationships between shinobi and tailed beasts how will they prevent a second Akatsuki from doing this kitten all over again.

He rambles on that his "meaning" and his "path" would lead to "peace" in the land but after that what if he were to say.....

"if it would make you feel any better I'll even let Sakura be with me."

"She can be with me all she wants but I wouldn't care much less as long it'll finally shut her up"

"So you can die with a peace of mind without worrying about her..."

I don't know if that's going too far for Sasuke's character to say that but if he did.........it's gonna be the mother freakin Apocalypse in the Naruto Fandom!!!

Yes, the nature of her feelings for Sasuke now doesn't matter. Either way NS's probably going to be canon, no matter what Sakura feels/what she thinks she feels/what we say she feels. I just like to be technical on things and go with whatever argument seems most logical. But Kishimoto's chapters are so ambiguous pairing-wise ... it's hard to really say what's going on right now.

 

I'm only sure of 4 things pairing wise and that's Naruto loves Sakura, Sasuke likes no one, Naruto doesn't like Hinata, and Sakura's feelings for Naruto are kept intentionally ambiguous. Even with that viewpoint, it still points to NS.

See, that seems valid to you. And maybe it is. But the fact of the matter is Sakura's feelings for Naruto and Sasuke are still---in the most non-biased sense of the word---debatable.  On one hand you just as easily argue Sakura's feelings are too intense, it's been described as romantic love many times over, 'Aikitteneru' might be strong romantic love and Sakura's contrast to the P1 confession is just proof of her development.

 

There is no true answer and that's what bothers me. I'm tired for having to sift through ambiguous translations because of Kishi's writing and make opinions without more concrete facts. That's how I feel about this chapter. Nothing is solid, anything's possible from it, and after dealing with this for years now I just want straight answers (good for NS or bad).

Yeah but we won't know all that till Sakura says that from her own mouth. If this were to happen it would be best to place it before Sakura says something so readers will have that initial "shock" of Sasuke saying such a thing and then find out later by Sakura that she doesn't want a romantic relationship with him.... Which then gives readers sigh of relief and gladness for Sakura and an excitement of expecting of Naruto to do something to Sasuke for saying such thing.

You gotta keep the readers hooked on this stuff or it isn't gonna be good story anymore lol. (That's me saying personally it's a good story and not everyone else )

Maybe he thought that would've been to simple? He wants to keep the readers guessing, making them a pairing when he still had so much to do would've been to bland in his mind perhaps. Never mind the fact that he wanted to give the NH fans a little something too.

I would agree but he went out of his way to hammer in how endgame NS will be several times afterwords.

 

On top of that saying that Sakura was being geniune and honest with the confession basicaly means he already confirmed that NS is a sure thing.

 

....so why not just have it there. We didn't have anything pairing wise that followed until several years later during the Juubi arc. This entire postponement where he literally just told us whats going to happen and that Sakura would agree if Naruto confessed to her is entirely pointless and stupid.

That's why that chapter is called " Sakura's confession " and this the only chapter has her name contact to (love confession) 

all what she did/said to sasuke aren't calling "confession" and Kishi never referred them as confession

I am not talking about Sakura, I am talking about Naruto. Whatever Sakura's intentions are are irrelevant when looking at Naruto who refused to accept anything negative about Sasuke. Absolutely refused and got angry if anyone talked bad about Sasuke even if it was the absolute truth.

Yes but he wasn't in disbelief of all the bad Sasuke was doing the flashbacks were Sakura's moments towards Sasuke, implying that what she is saying is BS because of.....moments that happened in the past.
